Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Perdido Key, Orange Beach

There were just 2 of us on this trip, but plenty of room for extended family. We would stay again if in the area.

Loved staying here! Would definitely recommend and definitely would come back. Very clean and peaceful! The bed is SO cozy and comfortable. The little extras she adds makes such a huge difference. Like, a gallon of water, coffee is provided, bag of ice in the freezer and thank goodness she provided sugar bc I forgot mine! Lol oh and there is a cat, she was such a sweetheart! Thank you Anabelle! We had a great time!

Absolutely perfect & exactly what we needed with 5 children! Beach wagon, chairs, and sand toys were so so helpful. Our host was extremely accommodating to my many requests on early check in, and incredibly responsive to any questions I had. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The public pool was perfect and was never too crowded. Everyone at the cottages were incredibly friendly. This beach is extremely kid friendly. The walk to the beach was a breeze. Takes maybe 2 minutes until your feet hit the sand! We will definitely be back! 5 stars!!!!

If you really want a vacation, this is definitely the place to relax in its calming with friendly people nearby

We had a great stay. Everything was perfect and we felt so comfortable the moment we arrived. The house had everything we needed and more. We were a very short drive to the beach and lots of grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again. The owners responded quickly when we had any questions and were so nice and friendly.

What a wonderful experience! Most houses are over sold in pictures. This house is under sold. Absolutely gorgeous, everything you could possibly need for a beach week. Super clean, and the host is probably the best communicator of any host we’ve ever had. If we visit this area again we will definitely stay here again. You won’t be disappointed if you book this home!

This was absolutely one of our best get aways. The location was quaint and nostalgic. The home itself was so beautiful and elegant. We had plenty of everything we needed. Our next trip to the Foley area we will definitely be looking to rebook.

We absolutely loved our stay at Unit C in Pensacola! This cute little place had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. It was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with plenty of charm and attention to detail. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet spot in Pensacola!

All I can say is WOW! Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Jason's place. The area was centrally located to everything that we needed, which meant that we got everywhere in less than 30 minutes. The kitchen and grill made it extremely convenient to purchase groceries and cook our meals! The bed was extremely comfortable, with a nice TV to relax in front of at the end of the day. The bathroom was extremely spacious with great lighting for getting ready to head out on the town. Air conditioning kept us very comfortable during our hot June stay. Jason provided great communication for our check-in and was readily available during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again when we return!

The condo is on the 5th floor and has an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Very easy access with stairs or elevator. Mack’s place is really nice. You will enjoy your visit.

We had a very pleasurable stay. The place was immaculate. It was very quiet and peaceful. We did have to communicate with Anastasia a couple of times, and she was very prompt in answering and taking care of our needs. We will definitely stay there again and recommend to others also!

We were very happy with our stay. The area was perfect to attend a destination wedding for family in Orange Beach. It was such a a comfortable stay. Quiet and many thoughtful details were included such as coffee and snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the dog-friendly attitude. Very good value and I definitely plan to revisit!

We had an amazing stay at Terri’s cottage. We were in town for our summer vacation. The cottage was perfect for the two of us. It was an easy drive to the beach and far enough away to enjoy the quiet to be able to relax. Terri made some great recommendations for restaurants while we were in town and was very responsive to my questions.

Our stay was very nice! The location was perfect. We could easily find something to eat/do within a 15-20 minute radius. The drive to the beaches was also not too far. The only thing, which was our bad, was we didn’t realize there was no stovetop. Other than that, we used the coffee machine every morning and the mini fridge held enough for the two of us. Great stay, and we would definitely book again.

Tony had a wonderful property manager to communicate with during our stay. Cynthia was super responsive, friendly & helpful. the kitchen had EVERYTHING our large family needed. The luxury roll our beds were perfect for our use and thr beachfront patio hot tub was a favorite among us. Breakfast in the resort was accessible to owners only- not weekly renters so that was a bummer but outside Tony's control. We had a beautiful BEAUTIFUL luxury stay here.

Quaint beachside condo. I loved that the building wasn’t nearly as huge as other nearby properties which made check-in, checkout, and elevator wait time easy breezy. Condo had all the things to make you feel right at home. Only ‘issue’ we had was no window treatments in living room and very sheer drapes in the Master, and the sun is very bright in the morning. Jennie was very responsive to any question I had! All around, great unit!

The place was well appointed. loved the wealth of windows to see the ocean. Luxury Coastal Vacations was so easy to work with and communicated with us regularly.

It was out first beach trip with our baby girl and it was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again or any other place owned by her!

My family and I came to Perdido Key to visit my husbands parents and to enjoy the beach. Cheryls place was comfortable and just what we were looking for. Walking distance to the beach, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen and living room were big enough for my family to be in without being crowded. We enjoyed the location not being on the main "strip" of perdido key. We had a great stay and would definitely go back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is decorated really nice and gives you that at home feeling. I loved the fact that there were beach chairs and a cooler if you needed it. Sarah was quick to respond and even let us check in a bit early because of the bad weather when we arrived. I would definitely stay again.

This stay was perfect for a small family’s first visit to Perdido Key! The condo was very clean with lots of personal touches (a welcome birthday treat, snacks to get you started for a day or two before getting to the store, beach toys & chairs, etc.) Parking passes, gate keys, and pool passes readily available as soon as you walk in the door to start the fun. Less than 5 minutes to multiple public beach access points, Publix, CVS, and numerous amazing local seafood restaurants. Located inside the Purple Parrot Resort which was ideal for the kids. Great pool area and tiki bar with food, drinks, and nightly live music. Bathroom was fully stocked with nice towels & all the toiletries you could need! (Special shoutout to whatever conditioner they use - it worked wonders on ocean tangled toddler hair!) No need to overpack, either, as there is a stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom. Beds were cozy with clean and nice bedding. Can’t say enough great things about it!!

Easy access, 2 minutes to the beach and walking distance if you prefer to walk. Nice place, i own a cleaning business and this place was super clean. Not noisy, nice pool and general meeting area at the tiki bar. We did not eat there but did at the Shrimp Basket, The Jellyfish, Perdido Key Breakfast Club and the Perdido Sports bar next good has great food as well. The bed slept well and the place was good and stocked for you trip needs. I would book here again! Thank you Hannah !!

We had a wonderful time staying here during our trip to Gulf Shores. The place was exactly as described- clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The bed was cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the space felt peaceful and welcoming after a long drive. The host was responsive and kind, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. One small hiccup with a blown fuse was handled quickly and professionally, great communication throughout. Location-wise, it was perfect: just a short drive to restaurants, and local shops. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the easy parking. Would absolutely stay here again.
