Ben was great. The stay couldn’t have been better. It was contactless check in and I literally wasn’t bothered for the rest of the stay. Instructions were super clear and easy to follow for check in and check out The beach is literally across the street

Great area of town, walkable to beach and restaurants.

As always the place is beautiful , clean and well managed. Ben is communicative and friendly as well as the staff that help out. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach with easy access to food, parks and the outdoors this is the place.

The Host was very responsive to our questions and timely. We loved the condo and will stay there again if the opportunity is needed.

Jesse was formidable and always available. His place was clean, centrally located and his recommendations were useful. I would definitely book his apartment again.

Ben communicated clearly as needed to check in and for the stay. We didn't really need anything more from him - we had all the information and everything else that we needed during our stay. The place was very clean and had everything we'd expect, plus, what we hadn't really expected was how incredible the location was. It was right across from the beach and a lighthouse at the end of a jetty - beautiful! All the restaurants were also within walking distance. Would have been nice to stay longer to do more exploring of the area and also of the eateries. It was too cold to enjoy the beautiful clean fresh Lake Michigan - right at our doorstep (just about), so we'll need to come back when the weather is warmer. The Ludington Beach House hosted by Ben will be our first choice!

Our stay was great and the apartment was very clean. The host provided fabulous instructions for finding the place, the parking and to find some of the amenities in the facility. I was a little confused by some of the communications, though. I got multiple messages asking me to verify my reservations, even after I had paid. I went to the sight to verify and when I clicked on the link for "Check-instructions" I would get a pop-up that said it was too early to check in. I was a little concerned that I might lose the reservation since I was not able to verify, as instructed, but everything turned out fine.

Very nice beach house! The space was very welcoming and Ben was an amazing host. The location is close to downtown and the beach which was extremely convenient. I would recommend anyone to stay here. One of our guests accidentally left items behind after we left and they collected them for us and had them waiting in the office which we were extremely grateful for :)

The home was very clean and well-maintained, which was important for me since I was staying here while on a work trip. The owner is very responsive as well.

We loved the location of this condo and proximity to the beach. The condo was clean and worked perfectly for our family vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Alicia’s place. The condo was as described and very clean. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. The place was spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 small children to spread out and feel at home for our weekend visit. It was walkable to the beach and was a very quiet neighborhood. Loved the indoor pool! We will tell others about this place and be booking a return visit next summer!

Clean, comfortable, convenient condo at Crystal Mountain! Very nicely decorated, view of the golf course and good mattresses. Suggest bringing eye mask due to skylight in bedroom.

Fauzi’s place was wonderful from check in to check out. Fauzi even let us know that unit was ready for an early check in which was much appreciated. We will definitely reserve again when in the area.

Great place with a great location.

This place was perfect for a week's stay. Very close to Big Rapids. In less than. 10 minutes you can be at any number of restaurants, or grocery stores. There is a gas station 1 minute away, and it's less than 10 minutes to US131 which is a straight shot to Grand Rapids, or further into Northern Michigan. The little community is quiet, and other than a couple neighbors leaving their dogs off leash, we had a great stay with our pups. It really felt like we were right at home. Arturo also keeps things well stocked. Plenty of TP, paper towel, soap/shampoo, trash bags etc. All you need to bring is food! Would 100% stay here again.

This is a great location and easy to find. The surroundings are beautiful and the beach is accessible. The water is beautiful, although it may take 100 yards through sand to get to it. The sand was deep and luxurious has any Caribbean island. And more importantly is beautiful as the water is it has no sharks.

We loved our stay at Elizabeth’s place over Labor Day weekend! The house is beautiful and had every amenity you could think of! We were in walking distance to the beach, and a very short drive to downtown Traverse City. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully put together. It worked perfectly for our group of three families—we never felt crowded. The guidebook answered all our questions, with clear instructions and helpful local tips. The kitchen had everything we needed for a full week, and we especially appreciated the wide variety of kitchen equipment available. We had two minor issues, and the host responded quickly and resolved them. The house had partial views of Muskegon Lake over and around the home across the street, and we enjoyed watching deer and fawns in the backyard sand dunes. We loved having beach access to Muskegon Lake just down the road, and a short drive/bike ride took us to the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline at Pere Marquette Beach. One fun highlight was live music in a creative beachfront venue called "The Deck". We’d gladly stay here again—highly recommended!

Jeremy's house was very cozy and clean in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the harbor. Our kids thought the rotary phone and antique furnishings were so cool! It was an easy walk to the beach for sunset and near other sight seeing/hiking spots off lake michigan. Jeremy was also quick to respond to any questions we had.

We have stayed at many rentals and this was by far one of the better ones. Friendly and responsive host, very clean, well equipped kitchen. This was a family ski weekend rental and it held all 10 of us perfectly. Was easy walk back and forth from skiing. Cozy fireplace. Would definitely rent again. It is a true gem!

Just as the description said, the house was very clean and tidy with lots of space! The house is similar to the tardis; it appears small on the outside but is huge on the inside. Furniture and beds were cozy and the kitchen appliances were ready to use without needing a prior wash. Sometimes, you don't get that lucky. Although on the street, the inside of the house was peaceful and quiet. The house was also less than a 10 minute drive from most places we went, which is always a plus!

We visited for a fun few days of skiing, swimming, and enjoying the winter wonderland Crystal Mountain has to offer. Ben was extremely helpful and responsive, and house was as expected. Would stay again!
