Very good house! Close to the beach (100 meters distance), and near Centro da Ilhabela. Large and illuminated house; it is between Balsa and Villa, a 5-minute walk to Itaguassu beach. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 suites), all with air conditioning, ceiling fan; high quality beds and Smart TV. Full kitchen. We provide sheets, pillows, pillowcases and bath towels. There is fiber-optic Wi-Fi internet and a garage for 4 cars. Sea Club is 2km away. Whale Sighting, May to August.

The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, next to Perequê, which is the commercial center of Ilhabela. You will be in the center of the city, with easy access to the two beach regions from here (the North, and the South). The Wi-Fi works perfectly, also for Home Office. An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
