The house offers privacy and a nature-focused experience with comfort and convenience. We are located close to the historic center and the island’s northern beaches. A space designed for those seeking tranquility and easygoing days, in a welcoming and well-maintained environment.

Private and cozy house! 650m from the ferry!

The house is comfortable, nice and cozy! House in an excellent location! (3 blocks from the main Avenue). It is 650 meters from the ferry. You'll have quick access to the southern beaches, as well as the northern beaches. We are close to the gas station, supermarket, shops and restaurants. We live in the main house, we have + one lodging in this private place (only the garage and the flights of stairs are shared). The space has access on the side of the house, gate and a parking space!

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
