Charming and cozy little house in the heart of the city. The house is ideal for couples, but it can accommodate a family of 3, or friends :). The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, next to Perequê, which is the commercial center of Ilhabela. You will be in the center of the city, with easy access to the two beach regions from here (the North, and the South). The Wi-Fi works perfectly, also for Home Office. This house in a privileged location is 800 meters from the historic center, 300 meters from Saco da Capela beach and the trendy Sea Club. Several beach kiosks with full infrastructure, bar and toilets. Reference point for great restaurants. Supermarket 150 meters away. Bike path and easy access to any point in the city. House designed for couples of good taste, very charming, with an extremely beautiful decoration. That will bring an unforgettable memory.
