The house is comfortable, pleasant and cozy! House in excellent location! (3 blocks from Main Avenue). It is 650m from the ferry. You will have quick access to the southern beaches, as far as the northern beaches. We are close to the gas station, supermarket, shops and restaurants. We live in the main house, we have + a lodging in this private place (only the garage and the flights of stairs are shared) . The space has access on the side of the house, portao and a parking space!

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
