All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Welcome! We offer you a bright, family home in a good area, close to everything, with spacious rooms. It has a living room with a balcony facing the street, a dining room, a full kitchen, and three bedrooms. One is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Another is for children, with toys and books, and has a single bed (and a smaller bed for children downstairs). The third bedroom, with a single bed, is upstairs and accessible by a staircase. It also has a covered patio and a Chulengo grill.

Beautiful old three-story house built in 1923 On the ground floor is the living/dining room, the kitchen, a small patio, a bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. Up the stairs, on the mezzanine, is the second full bathroom, and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with queen-size beds and air conditioning, and a living room with a sofa bed that converts into 2 single beds. Continue up the stairs to the deck terrace with an office area and libraries where you will find a huge variety of books.

The happy quiet

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
