Monthly Rentals in Pergine Valdarno

It was a wonderful place. Felt like a movie star with the private big amazing pool. Big and nicely well kept garden. Extremely well maintained. Modern kitchen with the most of what you need. Internet worked fine inside the house and not 100% by the pool. The only thing I can complain about is that the road is close to the house and the bedroom point to the road. So that could be disturbing. So I suggest bring earplugs if you’re sensitive.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Tuscany. The location is truly idyllic – quietly located on the top of a hill, overlooking the beautiful Tuscan landscape. The house fully met our expectations: comfortable, tidy and with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Giovanna, who immediately put us at ease. She took plenty of time to welcome us and also gave us valuable tips for visiting Arezzo and the surrounding area. In short: a wonderful place for those looking for peace, nature and authentic Tuscan charm. We'd love to come back!

The place is amazing. A cozy corner of heaven. Everything is new and looks better than in photos. :)) We felt as home. Federico was helpful and was checking with us if we need anything during our stay.

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.
