La felice casa di nonno Battistino

La casa si trova all’ingresso di Apricale in una posizione invidiabile che permette di ammirare direttamente il paese. L’appartamento si trova all’interno di una bella villa composta da due piani tutta in pietra ligure. La principale caratteristiche della "Felice casa di nonno Battistino" è la luminosità unita ad una vista impagabile sul paese di Apricale e sul verde delle colline circostanti. L’appartamento è di circa 80 mq ed è composto da un ampio salone (con TV) con cucina (completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie) ed area pranzo, un ampio bagno con doccia, due camere da letto e ripostiglio con lavatrice. I posti letto sono 4, ma il comodo divano può accogliere anche una persona in più. La stanza da letto ed il salone hanno anche il balcone. La cucina è collegata direttamente con l’area all’aperto dove si può tranquillamente far colazione per poi pranzare su grazioso tavolo in ferro battuto situato su una terrazza privata che fa parte dell’appartamento. Nelle dotazioni incluse della casa troverete sempre lenzuola e asciugamenti puliti. Gli ampi spazi sono l’ideale per famiglie con bambini, ma anche per le coppie che cercano una vacanza di relax. D’estate la maggior parte della vita può essere vissuta all’esterno. Per ogni esigenza ci sarò io! Di fronte alla casa si trova il bar Apricus che vi offre accesso gratuito al WI FI, mentre il mare dista solo circa 13 chilometri e l’aeroporto di Nizza circa 60. Apricale è stato eletto uno dei borghi più belli d’Italia per via della sua struttura architettonica caratterizzata da strette viuzze e case in pietra. Il paese offre sempre la possibilità di partecipare ad eventi teatrali e musicali. Se volete durante l’autunno è possibile inoltre partecipare alla raccolta delle olive taggiasche presso le campagne di nostra proprietà che si trovano a 10 minuti di auto dalla casa in un ambiente incontaminato e silenzioso! L'ingresso del paese si trova comodamente a 50 metri dalla casa L’appartamento è stato completamente rinnovato ad agosto 2018 rispettando la sua storia e le sue caratteristiche (troverete pavimenti con differenti tipi di piastrelle di inizio del novecento e porte in legno con cornici d’epoca), ma rinnovando e modernizzando tutto (nuovo impianto elettrico a norma e riscaldamento autonomo). Il colore predominante è il bianco che si accompagna a differenti tonalità di grigio. Gli ospiti avranno accesso alla terrazza per mangiare all'aperto e anche ad un ampio giardino con piante da frutto in condivisione. Per ogni problema il vicino che abita sotto la felice casa di nonno Battistino vi potrà aiutare e vi indicherà passeggiate e cosa fare in paese e nei bellissimi dintorni! Intorno alla casa si trovano tutti i principali punti di interesse e soprattuto c'è una vista sul paese invidiabile! L'ingresso del paese si trova comodamente a 50 metri dalla casa L’appartamento è stato completamente rinnovato ad agosto 2018 rispettando la sua storia e le sue caratteristiche (troverete pavimenti con differenti tipi di piastrelle di inizio del novecento e porte in legno con cornici d’epoca), ma rinnovando e modernizzando tutto (nuovo impianto elettrico a norma e riscaldamento autonomo). Die rund 90 qm Wohnfläche verteilen sich auf drei Ebenen. Die Strände von Bordighera sind keine 20 Autominuten entfernt, nach Sanremo, Menton und Monte Carlo sind es rund 50 Minuten. Jeder findet hier Erholung, ob beim Wandern in den Bergen, beim Baden im türkisfarbenen Mittelmeer oder in den lebendigen Städten.

Uno spazio semplice e romantico, una stanza vera senza fronzoli con angolo cottura e un terrazzino che si affaccia sul fiume: da qui si intravede un piccolo ponticello in pietra... e il rumore dell'acqua che scorre. L’alloggio è un’unica grande volta: tutta la casa è stata restaurata utilizzando materiali naturali, calce e vernici fatte con farina e olio di lino. Per i mesi invernali c’è una stufa a legna che gli ospiti potranno gestire in autonomia. Viene fornita la legna per il soggiorno.

La vue depuis le salon et la terrasse de la maison de Moritz est absolument magnifique ! On voit Perinaldo et jusqu’à lamer Méditerranée d’un côté et les Alpes enneigées de l’autre c’est magnifique. Le salon est très agréable et bien chauffé. La terrasse et la piscine sont effectivement beaucoup plus petites que sur les photos mais ce n’était pas gênant pour nous. Nous allons la bas pour randonner. Nous connaissons bien Perinaldo et c’est une des plus belles vues que nous ayons eues. Je recommande vivement.

We loved our stay at Sandra's house. The spacious terrace with the view over the mountains was spectacular. A very quiet location, very peaceful. Watching the birds, dart about and seeing the stars come out was wonderful. There were comfortable chairs to relax on and also a covered eating area. The apartment itself is spotless and really well equipped. The new bathroom is great - the shower is one of the best I've had! The bed is generous and very comfortable. We enjoyed Perinaldo. There were a couple of restaurants to walk to and a bar and places to buy provisions. The houses throughout the village had photos of past inhabitants on show which was a really nice touch. Sandra is a fabulous host. She really goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Thank you Sandra - you really made our holiday!
