Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Perrache, Lyon

Wonderful stay! We absolutely loved it!

The apartment was great, in a nice quieter location but with plenty of stuff to do if you walk 10 minutes. I appreciated the cleanliness and tidiness of the space. I unfortunately got COVID on my second day so I was unable to truly enjoy the area, but the apartment was a calming space to stay quarantined in!

We were visiting Lyon for just two days to visit friends. Laura’s apartment was perfect for us! Initially I planned to cook some meals, and the kitchen is great …. But there are SO MANY wonderful small restaurants close by that the motivation left me 😀 It was so easy to find our way and such a short stroll from Perrache station. Laura’s son met us outside and made sure we got inside OK. Ed checked in on us a couple of times to make sure everything was OK. The apartment is lovely. Everything is fresh and clean. The bed is comfy and the shower is great. There is ample storage for your luggage. The building has a lift … a BIG plus when you are travelling with luggage. It was very hot when we visited and although there is no air conditioning we were not uncomfortable with the two fans. The high ceilings and shutters helped a little with the heat I think, and we really only came home at night to sleep, there was so much to see and do. We will definitely book again next visit!

We enjoyed our stay ! Apartment is very well located in a quiet but strategically located area, so important for us. Rhone river and its markets are just 3-5 minute walk. City center is 15-20 minute walk or short subway or tram rides. The stops are nearby the apt. The space was very clean and had the dining utensils needed. Though we did not use, the kitchen appeared to have lots of cooking utensils , in case you plan to cook. Groceries are within walking distance as well. Adding this to our list of airbnbs for future travels !

Logement conforme à le description. on a apprécié les volets et rideau bien occultants permettant de ne pas être réveillé trop tôt par la lumière. L' immeuble est calme. Nos enfants veulent y revenir une prochaine fois.

I had the best time at Marlène’s appartement. Very clear instructions on how to access the appartement and close to the the alliance française. I felt very safe walking through the neighborhood and everyone was very kind and friendly. Lots of local restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect place for me to continue my French studies. Merci beaucoup Marlène!

Awesome, a lot of extremely good restaurants around, be sure to check out famosa down the street! Apt has everything you need, nice clean and cozy

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Michel pendant une douzaine de jours, après avoir dû quitter en urgence un autre logement insalubre. Trouvé à la dernière minute, ce logement a été une véritable bénédiction. Situé dans un quartier moderne, calme et agréable, avec tous les services de proximité (commerces, restaurants, transports en commun), l’appartement est d’une propreté irréprochable. Le grand balcon avec vue sur la Saône est un vrai plus. On peut même apercevoir la Croix-Rousse et la Cathédrale au loin. L’espace est lumineux, fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé : on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Michel est un hôte exemplaire : organisé, attentionné et généreux. Il fournit tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour confortable et sans souci. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain passage à Lyon.

Logement superbe, très agréable dans un lieu paisible. Très propre, conforme aux descriptions. Hôte toujours très réactif et arrangeant, je recommande!

Choć nasz pobyt w tym domu związany był wyłącznie z podróżą służbową i większość czasu spędzaliśmy w pracy, muszę przyznać, że wynajęte lokum spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania – a nawet je przewyższyło. Po długich godzinach zawodowych z przyjemnością wracaliśmy do spokojnego, czystego i komfortowego wnętrza. Dom był dobrze ogrzany, łóżka bardzo wygodne, a szybki internet i biurka pozwalały mi bez problemu dokończyć niektóre obowiązki zdalnie. Cicha okolica sprzyjała odpoczynkowi i skupieniu – dokładnie tego potrzebowaliśmy po intensywnym dniu. Doceniam też dbałość gospodarzy o szczegóły – podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni, świeże ręczniki, ekspres do kawy, a nawet kilka przydatnych informacji o okolicy – wszystko to sprawiło, że czuliśmy się bardziej jak w domu niż w „miejscu noclegowym”. Zdecydowanie polecam ten dom nie tylko turystom, ale również osobom podróżującym służbowo. Jeśli znów będziemy w tej okolicy, chętnie wrócimy.

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

We loved the place- very chic, perfect for a group trip, really spacious kitchen and living area and outdoor table for dining which we loved. Really enjoyed the location being able to walk to bakery, supermarket and hire boats along the river.

Incroyable, nous recommandons vivement! Le cadre/ la vue sont juste magnifiques, le logement impeccable, la décoration est soignée et de bon goût, la literie est parfaite. Le logement, bien qu'à côté du corps de ferme, offre une intimité agréable. Marianne est chaleureuse et très soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes tant dans ses messages que dans les détails dans le logement. Un énorme merci pour ce très beau séjour, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Great place, super friendly people, cool chicken in the garden & lovely big pool. 10/10 woyld recommend. Only downside we could think of is a little bit of street noise bc of busy street.

Très bon séjour chez Hélène. L’appartement était assez grand pour 2 personnes et très lumineux. Tout est bien indiqué et simple. Hélène est très réactive pour répondre aux messages. C’était parfait !

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Delphine a été d’un très bon support. Répondais rapidement et suggérais de bon restaurant. L’appartement bien que petit est idéal pour 2 personnes. Toutes les commodités sont là. Logé dans un édifice historique, la restriction de ne pas avoir de climatiseur est le seul inconvénient lors de canicule. Tout est à proximité de marche. Un gros avantage est la station de métro « Hôtel de Ville » à moins d’une minute de marche. Un appartement stratégiquement bien situé pour les visiteurs. Merci à Delphine, nous y renviendrons.

Super logement, très propre, spacieux et idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe. Quartier paisible et situé juste à côté du Rhône :) Marie est très gentille et a été très arrangeante, en nous permettant d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. Merci à vous !

Très bel appartement moderne,très propre,climatisé,très bonne literie avec tout le nécessaire. À 5 minutes tout juste de la gare Part-Dieu,adresse facile à trouver avec instructions claires et simples. C’est ce que j’aime un studio moderne chic. À bientôt,Lexie.

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Dominique. Dominique est accueillante et attentionnée. L'appartement est conforme à la description, propre, lumineux, calme, vraiment très agréable. Nous n'avons eu de plus aucune difficulté pour nous garer. A recommander absolument
