Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Perrache, Lyon

Wonderful stay! We absolutely loved it!

The apartment was great, in a nice quieter location but with plenty of stuff to do if you walk 10 minutes. I appreciated the cleanliness and tidiness of the space. I unfortunately got COVID on my second day so I was unable to truly enjoy the area, but the apartment was a calming space to stay quarantined in!

We really enjoyed our stay in Lyon at this space, recently renovated and very comfortable to relax in after a long day exploring. Very easy walk from the Perrache train station, and also going back and forth during our visit so close to the Ampere Metro station. The space itself has great proximity and an easy walk to so many neighborhoods in Lyon, and was very comfortable for two adults staying for a few days. Europe can get warm in the summer and while this apartment does not have air conditioning, fans were provided and we slept with the windows open mostly. During the weekends, some noise can be heard from passers-by below, but we were comfortable and it was expected. We really appreciated having accessible and easy to use washer/dryer and iron too. Would definitely love to visit again, Laura & Ed were gracious hosts!

We enjoyed our stay ! Apartment is very well located in a quiet but strategically located area, so important for us. Rhone river and its markets are just 3-5 minute walk. City center is 15-20 minute walk or short subway or tram rides. The stops are nearby the apt. The space was very clean and had the dining utensils needed. Though we did not use, the kitchen appeared to have lots of cooking utensils , in case you plan to cook. Groceries are within walking distance as well. Adding this to our list of airbnbs for future travels !

Listing as described. we appreciated the well blackout shutters and curtains so we didn't wake up too early by the light. The building is quiet. Our kids want to come back next time.

I had the best time at Marlène’s appartement. Very clear instructions on how to access the appartement and close to the the alliance française. I felt very safe walking through the neighborhood and everyone was very kind and friendly. Lots of local restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect place for me to continue my French studies. We enjoyed every moment in this bright, spotlessly clean and modern apt. , Michel is a very thoughtful organized host, thank you for putting milk in the fridge for coffee in the morning and other treats. We loved the Floor to ceiling windows that open up to a large deck, perfect for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine over the Saône River. The building is an architectural award winner, right next door to the beautiful Confluence shopping centre and tram stop, fabulous location. Everything is at your doorstep for a perfect holiday, walking, biking, or taking the little ferry taxi And a short tram ride to the train station Highly recommended! Thank you again Michel

Although our stay in this house was only related to a business trip and we spent most of our time at work, I must admit that the rented apartment met all our expectations – and even exceeded them. After long working hours, we were happy to return to a quiet, clean and comfortable interior. The house was well heated, the beds were very comfortable, and the fast internet and desks allowed me to easily complete some duties remotely. The quiet neighborhood was conducive to rest and concentration – exactly what we needed after an intense day. I also appreciate the hosts' attention to detail – basic kitchen equipment, fresh towels, a coffee machine, and even some useful information about the area – all this made us feel more at home than in an "accommodation". I definitely recommend this house not only to tourists, but also to business travelers. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return.

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

We loved the place- very chic, perfect for a group trip, really spacious kitchen and living area and outdoor table for dining which we loved. Really enjoyed the location being able to walk to bakery, supermarket and hire boats along the river.

Amazing, we highly recommend! The setting/view is just beautiful, the accommodation impeccable, the decoration is neat and tasteful, the bedding is perfect. The accommodation, although next to the farmhouse, offers pleasant privacy. Marianne is warm and very concerned about the well-being of her hosts both in her messages and in the details in the accommodation. We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Great place, super friendly people, cool chicken in the garden & lovely big pool. 10/10 woyld recommend. Only downside we could think of is a little bit of street noise bc of busy street.

Very good stay with Hélène. The apartment was big enough for 2 people and very bright. Everything is clearly stated and simple. Hélène is very responsive to messages. It was perfect!

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Delphine was a very good support. Respond quickly and suggest a good restaurant. The apartment, although small, is ideal for 2 people. All amenities are there. Housed in a historic building, the restriction of not having an air conditioner is the only drawback during a heat wave. Everything is within walking distance. A big advantage is the "Hôtel de Ville" metro station, which is less than a minute's walk away. A strategically well-located apartment for visitors. Thanks to Delphine, we'll be back.

This place is amazing, one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. Close to the train station - amazing view, great design.

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.

We had a great time at Dominique's place. Dominique is welcoming and caring. The apartment is as described, clean, bright, quiet, really very nice. We also had no difficulty parking. Definitely recommend
