Perret's House

This cottage, which can accommodate 7 people, is located in Perret, in the heart of the village, near the church. Surrounded by beautiful forests and landscapes enhanced by the Monts d'Arrhée. Fishing, swimming and water activities are possible at Lake Guerlédan, located 10 minutes away by car. Bathroom towels and bed sheets are provided free of charge: the beds are ready upon guests' arrival. No cleaning fees unless the house is not returned clean. Heat pump heating.

Completely renovated, this accommodation is quick to access the Nantes-Brest Canal (100 m). The location lends itself to walking or biking. Close to Lake Guerlédan. Located 8 km from Pontivy, Cléguérec or Mûr de Bretagne which offer all shops, health services, cultural and leisure activities.
