The apartment is very tastefully furnished. Everything is in a very good and well-maintained condition. When you enter the apartment, the breathtaking view from the balcony to the sea is immediately impressive. The center of Perros-Guirec, with restaurants and shopping, is not very far from the property. The city beach can be reached via stairs. Céline is a very pleasant host who always responded quickly to inquiries and also asked herself if everything worked or if everything was in order. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation (but a star off for the weather). I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

We had a lovely stay four adults and needed 3 rooms Stephanie was very accommodating for this after we messaged ahead of booking. The beach outside and the view from the apartment was brilliant the sea is crystal clear . It was a very lovely stay.

This place is very clean and new. It is very functional and has everything you need. We very much enjoyed the apartment. It is an 8-minute walk from the center of Perros. No private parking. You have to park in the street behind, there is room.

Excellent stay in this very well furnished and especially very clean studio. The view from the terrace is a real plus and we can reach the beach in less than 5 minutes. I recommend it.

An excellent stay at Arlette's accommodation. Everything is as advertised, very comfortable bedding and clean accommodation. The sea view is a plus! As well as the proximity of the Douaniers trail for nice walks. Co-host Ornella was very responsive in responding to our requests. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Very nice accommodation, clean, very well equipped. It is located on the port of Perros Guirrec, easy to access and very easy to park thanks to the large free parking lot next door! I recommend it!

We spent 3 nights in the apartment. Spacious, bright, very clean, carefully decorated, it is also very well located with a reserved parking space which is really a plus in this area. The bed and bath linens are very good quality. The bedding is very comfortable as well as the pillows. The apartment is in the center but we enjoyed the quiet on the 3rd floor (with elevator). The accommodation is very well equipped, roller shutters, electric oven, dishwasher, Nespresso... on the other hand, a minimum is left available such as a few tea bags and coffee pods, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... very well supplied with dishes and utensils for cooking and eating on site. In short, we highly recommend this accommodation. The hosts are pleasant and very responsive in case of questions.

Very well decorated apartment with top-notch amenities. Excellent responsiveness from the host Beware of the thieving gulls, do not leave anything lying on the terrace table because they will take care of robbing you😉. I recommend this accommodation for a trip to Trégor.

We had a great stay in the accommodation offered by Didier, the apartment is quiet, very clean, with lots of amenities and great decoration. I recommend Samuel's accommodation. Came to the legate to rest. Had a great time. The accommodation was clean, bright, comfortable. The veranda with the balneo bathtub is a real plus as well as the terrace🌺 The port is a 2-minute walk away, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. The "Martin Beach" beach is 10 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay there again.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, we had a great time there and the pool and jacuzzi access after the hikes in winter was much appreciated!
