Family gite in peaceful area.

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. The small gite "Le Doctoral" consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, independent toilet and a kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, a terrace with garden furniture on the park. This small gite is completely independent of the rest of the house where we live year-round. you are 10 minutes by car from the pier for brehat and 10 minutes walk from the port of paimpol. WIFI in the cottage. You are in an old stone farmhouse from the 1900s, rather rustic with lots of charm.

Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.
