Le gite de La Charme est situé à Sacquenay au cœur de la région Bourgogne Franche Comté. J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. Je vous propose également des petits déjeuners ainsi que des planches apéritives et une sélection de boissons locales et vins.

It was with great pleasure that we renovated this house while keeping its soul. Everything is designed to make sure that you do not miss anything. Equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, kitchenware, dishes. Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... small grocery store on site: chips, sausage, chocolate, cake... local products. You have the whole place to yourself, kitchen, dining table. Living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, desk, internet, Wi-Fi, TV.

Cottage

Small single storey house (the upper floor is not accessible) a few steps to access the front door. Ideal for a couple but comfortable camp beds can be added to accommodate 2 children. The accommodation consists of 2 rooms: - a large bedroom with office area and TV area - a large fully equipped kitchen You will also find a bathroom with Italian shower and WC. A terrace at the front and a terrace at the back will welcome you for a moment of relaxation.

Small cozy house in the countryside

Located on the borders of Champagne and Burgundy, on the edge of the National Forest Park, this pleasant, comfortable and warm house invites you to a soothing stay in the countryside. Equipped with full amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ping-pong table, board games. Guests will enjoy a 1 ha park with pond, geese and horses. You will travel the surrounding country roads thanks to two electric bikes and an urban bike at your disposal.

Small INDEPENDENT accommodation, in the middle of nature, for a return to calm... Sleeps 2 (crib available), close to Chaumont (3 km Leclerc, 5 km city center). You can bring your sneakers to enjoy nature (forest, fields...) and relax after a day of work! Located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a former cutlery factory, close to Chaumont and Nogent, this 120 m2 designer duplex is in a green setting and allows you to find calm and serenity. This non-smoking apartment has a kitchen open to a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (shower + bathtub). Everything is decorated in a contemporary and designer way. Access to a riverside garden. Great for tourists and business travelers (non-smoking)

"La Maison d'à côté", a small country house, refurbished, welcomes you for a work stay or a family stay. Located in a village of 1200 inhabitants, 10 km from Langres and 1 km from the LANGRES-NORD motorway exit, junction of the A5 and A31 motorways. In the center of the village, you will have access to essential shops: Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket (open every day), doctor, nurses, garages, bar-restaurant, food truck. No parking worries.

The Charm of the Lake

House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 meters from the beach and the nautical base (pedalo, canoe...). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

The Manoir de Sacquenay is an exceptional historic home, nestled in the heart of a Burgundian village. Built in the 15th century, it belonged to the Order of the Knights of St. John of Jerusalem. This residence has been completely restored by harmonizing modern comfort with the preservation of ancient heritage. The idea was to create a unique place of healing for a beautiful timeless escape.
