John is a fabulous host! This is our second time staying at this home and we’ve loved it both times! Everything is just as described on the banks of the beautiful Tennessee River! We will be back again!

Wes contacted me upon arrival to make sure we were OK, he checked in when we checked out to see if we needed anything and offered a couple extra days at a discount. wish we could have stayed. everything about this place is absolutely wonderful!! The place was very peaceful, tranquil, and off the beaten path. One note, as it mentions there's no WiFi, but also we found it was a dead zone with no cellular signal either. Not an issue for us on this trip, but just a note. House was nice, spacious, and clean. Comfy beds. A good stay.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, with lots of extra details. It is “off the beaten path”, but if you’re looking for somewhere to relax and recharge, this is it. It was peaceful and quiet, and the outside spaces were as inviting as the inside ones. The back deck and creek area were beautiful. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out as well as various things in the house. I loved staying here and my only regret was that I couldn’t stay longer.
