Get together with the whole family at this peaceful home. 3 full beds, 1 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to the skate park, Community Center, Jackson park, school and swimming pool. A garage and privacy gate are convenient. This is a family friendly place. A full work space with air printer, full kitchen, coffee bar, several seating areas. Wifi, smart TV in the living room and Roku in the bedroom. Casa de Cortez

We are in the process of repairing the exterior of the home due to tornado damage. Inside is clean and comfortable, but the outside has some minor damage. We do have a new fence. Our home is clean and comfortable. Perryton is in the process of recovering from the tornado 6/14/2023. All pets must be registered with guests. Guests must bring a crate for pets. Pets should not be allowed in home unsupervised.
