Amy & Elizabeth’s place in Durham was great and a perfect stay for our weekend in Durham. It was extremely clean, was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable., and the location was perfect. Everything was exactly as described. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a convenient stay in Durham.

Easy to get to with easy instructions from the host.

We were in town for a long weekend of wandering so this was home base for our stay. It had all the modern amenities and the charm of the early 1900s, including original hardwood floors and soaring ceilings. As the photos show, there's plenty of space to relax, both inside and out. Definitely a unique property. Our, who was very responsive before, during and after our stay, included small touches that make a visit just a little more convenient, especially if you arrive late like we did. Flexible bedside chargers, plenty of coffee pods for the next morning, and a few beverages in the fridge - not necessary, but much appreciated. A very enjoyable visit.

Stayed at this Airbnb for one night. Place was close very convenient and comfortable. Close to several restaurants and Duke University. 30 min walk to downtown. Very pleasant stay.

Jodi’s place is basically perfect in every way. Return guests speak volumes over single stay reviews to me personally and I am a repeat guest. This trip as well as past trips I have throughly enjoyed my stay. The furthest I went for anything I needed was a 9 minute walk. Yes WALK! I absolutely love that I do not have to drive and look for parking anywhere! Jodi is super easy to contact and extremely responsive! Her booking link to the local events is fantastic and I have done most things that are offered. That is really the most helpful thing she does when booking. There is so much to do just in town that even in 7 days I couldn’t do it all! I I intend to book with Jodi each time I return to the area. anywhfoodwalked to cook

My husband, my 6 month old, and I had a great stay and Elizabeth and Amy’s place! The proximity to campus and downtown Durham is great and the apartment itself was very cute, clean, and well stocked. The availability of baby items (pack and play, tub, high chair) made our first trip with baby so easy and smooth! Elizabeth and Amy were very communicative and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying at any one of their listings.

we had an excellent day at Isaiah‘s place. It is well set up for two people. exceptionally clean. Isaiah is an extraordinary communicator: responsive and helpful. Comfortable inflatable bed if two guests choose not to share the bed. generally, you will need to drive to restaurants or shopping. we were delighted to find Duke Pond about half a mile away. It was great for walks.! This B&B will be our go-to place for future stays in Durham.

Hycotherapy is Awesome! This was our second stay, and we are now discussing dates for our next visit to this property! The kitchen had every appliance you will need, and everything was in great working order! We spent the early mornings on the boat dock and thoroughly enjoyed watching the SunRise! Our family loves visiting this property for our stay at Hyco Lake! Plenty of activities, from swimming to kayaks & paddle boards to fishing, corn hole and more! Evenings around the fire pit are moments our family will always reminisce about! Very well equipped and Nicole is the very best “Super Host” !!!

We use this for our pastors annual retreat and it provided plenty of room for them to gather and also spaces for them to find solitude when necessary and also provide a great community space outside which they really enjoyed

We had one of our best family vacations ever at Scotts home on Hyco Lake. Our four teens went from fishing to pickle ball, to movie nights, dinner on the back porch, and then repeated it all. The beds were all soft and we had great nigbts sleep. All toiliteries were supplied and we never ran out of anything. Fully stocked kitchen- I'd add another pizza pan and a large serving bowl, but thats it. Towels, sunscreen, pickle balls, paddles, life jackets- all there. We only had to leave to get worms at Ma Barkers and were able to hibernate together and connect and fellowship together. We did bring most of our groceries with us and theres a food lion close by for anything we forgot.

We LOVED our stay. It was perfect for our family. The home had all the conveniences we look for in a rental. The beds were comfy, lake towels were provided which was a bonus, very clean, great outdoor seating and lots of fun stuff in the boat house for the kids and adults too. Would def book here again. Loved the little touches like games/magnetic blocks for the kids. PacMan was a hit!!!

My sister and I rented the Rabbit Hole during Thanksgiving week. Our families had the best time and would love to return next Summer when we can enjoy Hyco Lake. Heather, the host, was very responsive and checked on us throughout our stay. We cooked a big Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was perfect. We had everything we needed. We loved waking up each morning to the beautiful views from every floor. The kids loved the game room and the bunkbed room. The house is beautifully decorated and quite cozy, and far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Heather and family for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This is a wonderful place to gather with family. Immaculate! We visited and ate most of our meals on the covered deck, where we enjoyed the view, the rain, and a beautiful double rainbow. The beds were very comfortable. AC worked really well. Water pressure was great! We had 6-8 fishermen/women who found the size of the dock a little confining, but they were happy with the bass and catfish they caught. We were extremely pleased to be able to use the pontoon boat. It, too, was immaculate. We enjoyed many of the water floats, paddleboards, and kayak. The only thing missing that would have been helpful -- Handrail leading to dock. We'd love to schedule again!

This place is a gem! Only 30 minutes from home but provided great location for a weekend of R&R. The house is very clean and the layout was wonderful. There were clear instructions that laid out every detail you could need! Aimee was immediately responsive when we thought we would have an unplanned additional overnight guest and I wanted to inform her as much ahead of time as possible. The house is spotless there are kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy, the entire place feels like home and I couldn’t have had a more enjoyable stay. I will 1000% be back.

Beautiful gem of a spot! The private dock access and water toys (floats, kayaks, paddle boards) are such an awesome feature. The space was comfortable for our entire group, in rain and in sun. Host was responsive and kind and let us have late check out. Definitely will come again! Highly recommend!

The place was perfect, felt like home.

We stayed at Christopher and Alicja’s condo for a week. The condo was clean, airy and spacious and it was actually more spacious than the pictures portrayed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The flat is well equipped and has everything for a comfortable stay (even a kettle which we as tea drinkers appreciated hugely! :)) Christopher and Alicja are wonderful hosts, very helpful and friendly. Thank so much for having us!

Great stay with clear instructions and expectations

Excellent location. The only thing I suggest is to install curtains for the bedroom windows to reduce light at night.

This townhome was as good as you can ask for. Absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean with unique touches inside like a fish tank. Very safe neighborhood. Host was excellent. This was the perfect booking for a Duke game. If I’m ever in Durham again for a Duke game, I’d book here in a second.

Efficiency was on our agenda and the condo was perfect and exactly what we needed. Our stay was 💯 comfortable in all the ways and our host Juni was kind and responsive. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. Next time!

A good place to stay while we were in town for a music festival. The place was spotless and we liked having off street parking. Easy to get to downtown. Juni is very responsive and we’d stay there again.
