Located in the secluded hills above Doune, our fabulous off grid bothy has everything for your remote stay. The wood burning stove and insulation will keep you warm along with a fully kitted kitchen and outdoor bbq/yoga deck. Solar panels with a battery system enable usb charging and full lighting. The bothy has expansive views across to the Ochills and Trossachs with Red Kites flying over regularly. Watch the sun set from our wood burning sauna or outdoor fire and take a dip in the river!

The house enjoys a secluded rural location in a small village but the pretty Highland Perthshire towns of Blairgowrie and Pitlochry are just a short drive away. The house features a sauna, large drying room and a spacious garden so it a great place for families or groups of friends, and dogs are welcome too!

Set in our small mixed woodland at West Cottage and Stables in in picturesque Glenlyon, our 20ft yurt offers complete privacy, a choice of two fire pits (one under cover) and amazing views, a wood burning range cooker, and a double bed – to mention just the essentials. The yurt is lined with wool, and there's a pull out twin bed and a kettle and toaster. There's cold water in the yurt and a full bathroom a short walk up to our house. There's also your own loo right by the yurt.
