Col di Fiori is located in the calm countryside right between Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio, with many hiking and biking possibilities close by as well as a gorgeous view over the surrounding landscape of the Tiber valley. (access not suitable for low-laid cars!)

B&B San Giovanni di Montenero

The suite is part of the family home but feels completely separate with its own entrance into a spacious living area overlooking the olive trees. The large private bathroom is a little gem, with its individually cut marble tiles making a chequer board effect, fresh & light, with a marvellous window done in brick work which plays a wonderful effect when the light pours in on hot summer days! A saltwater pool surrounded by fragrant rosemary to share with our family & friends with unspoilt views.

La Fornace is perfect for guests who want to explore Umbria - pretty much all major sites can be reached within 60 minutes - but it is just as perfect to take a break and relax.

Upstairs on the loft there is 1 double bed + 2 single bed. The entire apartment is decorated in a traditional way, a lot of wood and nature are the main characteristics, in order to respect the surrounding environment.
