Our studio apartment is located in the center of Perugia, in the Borgobello district, one of the most beautiful and lively areas of the city. Although it is in a historic building, it has an elevator, but unfortunately, as it is subject to the Superintendency, it DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. From our accommodation, you can walk to the center of the Acropolis in 10 minutes and visit the architectural and artistic wonders that our city has to offer.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

The apartment is close to the city center, 50 meters from the Minimetro 'Pincetto' terminal station. It is in the university and court area. It is bright, quiet, in an elegant condominium; it consists of 4 rooms and two bathrooms. Two beautiful terraces overlook the Assisi Valley. It is outside the traffic-restricted zone. It is therefore possible to unload luggage in front of the entrance by car. With free or paid street parking.
