Jacopo was genuinely very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and very nice. I think even better than in the pictures. Altogether I had a very good stay at Jacopos apartment.

Linda, and her apartment, are the ideal solution for those who want to feel good in Cesenatico. Linda is a kind, practical and extremely friendly person. She loves the space she offers, and this can be seen in every detail. The apartment is perfect: top floor of a beachfront building, with balcony over the entire perimeter. It's new, super bright, and stocked with everything. The location, also thanks to the electric ferryway that crosses Porto Canale, is a short distance from the center and Levante beach. There were four of us and we had a great time. Thanks Linda!

Unfortunately, my family and I only stayed at Alberto's for the weekend. The apartment is a delight, just as you can see in the photos. It is clean, bright, quite spacious and cared for in every detail. The terraces available in the apartment are really nice and comfortable both for hanging clothes and for having an aperitif outside, and they overlook a very quiet area. Although the area is not particularly busy, it is very close to both the beach and the promenade, so it is very convenient for services. As soon as he welcomed us, Alberto gave us a tour of the apartment and the garage (another extremely positive note of this accommodation) and immediately made himself available for any of our needs and questions. I 100% recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay! The apartment was just as described: very clean, and in a central location within walking distance to everything. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Kevin was super responsive and flexible, even letting us check out later. Highly recommended!

Luciano and his wife were really welcoming and very helpful, always ready to respond to our needs! They also provided us with a cot for our baby to sleep in. The house is really beautiful, new and complete with everything you need. The location is fantastic, a stone's throw from the sea and very close to the historic center. Another positive note is the presence of the elevator that starts from the basement where there are 2 parking spaces. We'll be back!

Beautiful place to stay, we felt right at home. Stefano was always available, even quickly when we needed help. The accommodation offers everything you need and even more. It is superbly equipped. The four of us spent two days in Fano to relax on the beach and explore the old town. The apartment offers a perfect starting point. The amenities are good, the sleeping options too. Everything was super clean. There are two terraces and fly screens in the windows. Arianna and her mother welcomed us very warmly with a bottle of sparkling wine and snacks.

The reception by Elisa was fantastic. She had even taken the trouble to arrange an interpreter. We could ask anything and get an immediate answer. A very beautiful environment with fine beaches. The place itself is also very cozy with lots to do. You won't get bored. A very nice house, with a lovely garden. Everything very clean. We enjoyed so much that we want to come back next year.

For over two weeks, we enjoyed the beautiful house of Rosie and Salvo together with our two pugs. The house is spacious, private but still close to the beach and center of Fano. The house has a beautiful garden. Anything you need is present. Salvo and Rosie are quick to reach and helpful. Excellent location both for the distance from the sea, you cross the road and reach the beach, and from the city center, a walk along the promenade allows you to arrive in a few minutes. Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

I spent a few days at Eleonora's, with my partner and my 9-year-old granddaughter. The house had everything we needed: the apartment was clean and very bright, well ventilated and equipped. Even though it doesn't have an elevator, we didn't struggle to move around easily. Our expectations have been fully met. The neighborhood was quiet, but at the same time very close to the promenade and various clubs. Eleonora was available and welcoming and provided us with all the information we could have needed. I personally recommend it to families, but also to couples looking for leisure and relaxation. Marina from Padua.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return!
