Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Pescaglia

We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. we stayed at this place for 4 nights, 1 couple with a baby and myself parents. it was wonderful and the hosts are very polite and nice, Gabe us lots of tasty sweet basket of food to welcome us. the apartment is wonderful and very v recommend!

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

We were an extended family of eight. The accommodation can only be described as perfect for us. The views were amazing and it was just so peaceful. We enjoyed the pool and the short trips to many restaurants and surrounding villages. That said, we spent most mornings and evenings soaking up the views across the valley to Volterra and beautiful villages dotted on the hillside. Andrea takes huge pride in being accessible and instantaneously responsive. A pleasure to deal with. A small bar / cafe across the road took care of morning coffee’s and any gelato pangs. Thank you Andrea, you made our stay so very memorable. Our only disappointment was leaving!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

We were 2 adults and 2 daughters 12/15 years in the house at Jacobo. The house is clean and is furnished with everything, even a dishwasher (don't forget the tabs) The 2 bedrooms are on 2 floors, each with a bathroom and toilet👍 The terrace with a large parasol was wonderful to sit outside in the morning and evening. 👍 Very suitable for excursions by car to Pisa 1h, Lucca 45min, Florence 1.5h. We always parked outside the cities, and it worked out great. 👍 The path to the house is a bit narrow and the parking lot is right in front. But even with an SUV, no problem.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

We had a wonderful 3-week stay at Luca's place. The house, surrounded by nature at the foot of the Apuan Alps, is very comfortable and very well-equipped and decorated, the garden is beautiful, it is very quiet and the nights are cool which is an asset in the middle of the summer! The location is ideal for discovering Northern Tuscany. The house is also located 20min from Forte dei Marmi a great seaside resort with beautiful beaches. And above all, go eat at Michelangelo's, in Azzano, next to the house, everything is delicious! In short, you can go to Luca's without a second thought.

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

Gilda is a great, very warm hostess. As a welcome, there was homemade jam, cake and a large fruit basket. The homemade bread was especially delicious. The farewell was sweetened again with jam and homemade limoncello. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. The view over Massa to the sea was magnificent. We felt welcome and comfortable right from the beginning. Thanks for the great place 🙂

We visited for a multi-generational family holiday - grandparents, kids and parents. The setting is wonderful, in the mountains of Fosciandora - an easy 1.20 hr drive from Pisa airport. We enjoyed having the option of the jacuzzi as well as the fresh water pool. And had local chefs cook for us several evenings. The local Tigalle meal was a special highlight on our first day - compliments to Chef Nenella. It’s a stunning place and we’d love to come back. Local trips we did were to Lucca (about an hour), Castelnuovo di Garfagnana and Barga. Pizza Indie was a great recommendation from Leo. Our hosts were so responsive and wonderful to speak to. They couldn’t have been more attentive. I can def imagine we’ll be back in years to come. Highly recommend the his wonderful place to anyone who truly wants to get away and switch off. The mountain air and beauty is good for the soul.

Sabrina and Teresa greeted us at the gate of the villa when we arrived. Showed us around and were very responsive to us with any request during our stay. We had a relaxing and wonderful time. Many laughs, great meals, wine and a wonderful Villa with everything we needed and spectacular views. Thank you Sabrina and Theresa!!

Wonderful stay at Villa Vittoria, surrounded by greenery at the gates of Lucca, a wonderful city. We really enjoyed the tennis court and the gym area with hot tub, perfect for relaxing. The soccer field and pool we didn't use them, but the latter is really beautiful and well-maintained. Maximum privacy and tranquility: ideal for unplugging. The villa is thoughtfully styled and the outdoor spaces are spacious and quiet. A perfect place to regenerate, which we recommend without hesitation.

We were a group of 10 including 3 under 15 and found Enrico’s place very roomy and easily able to accomodate us all. The bathrooms were all very clean and the beds were a more traditional Italian style but still comfy. The outdoor area was lovely and where we spent most of our time (as there was no indoor lounge area). Enrico was a gracious host and very responsive to any questions we had. Location wise, the house is easily walkable to the town centre (which is very quaint and picturesque) and to get on and off the autostrade. Would recommend staying here!

Very comfortable house suitable for a large group like ours with children, well equipped and clean. Ample space in the living area and nice outdoor space. The village, with all the services, is very close, we moved very little and we enjoyed the house that, despite being large, it warms very well. On the first day, with the enthusiasm for the snow, we were locked out of the house with the keys inside.....panic! The host, although not close, activated quickly and in a short time they came to open us up . Great stay

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

Our stay was beautiful! We didn't even leave the property, taking advantage of the grill and pool. Corrado was always very helpful and recommended many things to do in the area. The house was super clean and the surroundings were quiet, a perfect getaway. We'll be back!

The accommodation is totally lovingly furnished and smells incredibly great due to the many scented candles. It gives you a nice feeling right away. To welcome us, Lisa had provided us with some treats in the refrigerator as well as for breakfast. We really didn't expect that. You will also find everything you need for cooking. You can easily reach many places by car or bus. In summary, we had a few great days with Lisa.
