Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

Mireia è stata disponibile al dialogo sin da subito e si è mostrata attenta alle eventuali esigenze anche se non presente fisicamente. Nulla da poter recriminare e la casetta, seppur disposta su tre piani, è accogliente e regala una sensazione familiare. Immersa nel verde gode di tanta tanta tranquillità.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

Dato che avevo un Matrimonio a pescara ho decido di concedermi un po di relax tra gli ulivi di Silvi... La casa è bellissima e pulita , in una zona rilassante e tranquilla! Brunella e gaetano sono stati host gentili e disponibili, mi hanno dato consigli sui ristoranti migliori, le spiagge piu vicine e i posti nei dintorni piu interessanti da vedere. L'amaca vista mare è stata il mio punto preferito della casa!!

Ottima struttura, pulitissima, accogliente, in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro di Chieti. Il proprietario è una persona squisita e disponibilissima. Consiglio vivamente la struttura!

Casa Candida è inserita in un paesaggio favoloso. Ho sempre desiderato visitare questa parte dell'Abruzzo e questa era la sistemazione dei miei sogni. Le sue caratteristiche ce l'hanno rapidamente resa "casa". È stata per una settimana la nostra base di partenza per escursioni indimenticabili. Vicina, 15/20 minuti di auto, la Piana del Voltigno, con cavalli liberi, il pastore Pasquale, un ambiente e un paesaggio da sogno. E poi via, ogni giorno una meta diversa: Campo Imperatore, Rocca Calascio, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Bominaco, Navelli, il fiume Tirino, le Gole de Sagittario e Scanno, L'Aquila, il Santuario della Ienca, per arrivare fino ad Amatrice. Tanta auto, ma anche tanti passi con davanti agli occhi bellezza. E nel buio e nel silenzio della sera/notte, uscire per l'ultima passeggiata col cane e vedere i segni del passaggio delle greggi. Questi luoghi sono stati per noi vacanza, alla ricerca di una bellezza non facile, che va meritata. Grazie Nadia, grazie Casa Candida.

Abbiamo trascorso 6 fine settimana da Sheryl. Casa accogliente,pulita e ordinata. Lei è stata una host dolcissima e disponibilissima. Siamo felici di aver trovato una casa dove soggiornare a Pescara visto che ci andiamo spesso. Grazie di tutto Sheryl

Host super gentile, tutto come letto nell’annuncio. Posizione ottima nel paese e non troppo distante dal mare. Appartamento super carino e con tutto l’essenziale per una bella vacanza.

Schöne Lage/im Apartment alles was man braucht/herzliche Gastfreundschaft/super Kommunikation. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar, um die Gegend zu erkunden und die Familie immer hilfsbereit

Ottima posizione sia per il mare che per il centro, ampio spazio esterno. ottimo per i bambini. Cucina e bagno ben attrezzati. Unica pecca che non c' è un vero e proprio armadio per i vestiti ma uno stand con grucce. In 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambini) siamo comunque riusciti a gestire gli tutti gli spazi. Ottimo l'host sempre disponibile, reattivo ed è venuto incontro a tutte le nostre richieste.

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. The location and view of the beach could not have been better. The unit was extremely spacious with amazing character and charm. If I had to list anything negative, it would be that there is no A/C and the kitchen is a little dated. Still, anything negative was shadowed by how amazing everything else was. I would definitely recommend this place. We are already booking for next year.

abbiamo soggiornato a casa di Simonetta la settimana di Ferragosto. L'alloggio è spazioso, arredato con gusto e assai ben fornito di tutto. Il giardino è incantevole ed è molto piacevole cenarvi. A piedi si raggiungono comodamente la spiaggia, vari ristoranti e il supermercato A Simonetta un ringraziamento speciale per l'accoglienza premurosa e attenta, come una persona di famiglia!

- ottima struttura, dotata di tutti i servizi; il fatto che ogni stanza abbia il bagno en-suite è un plus notevole. - giardino grande disponibile con piscina ( nel mio caso, ad aprile, la piscina non era ancora disponibile) - posizione strategica per visitare parco nella majella e dintorni - staff gentile, disponibile, pro attivo e paziente. Struttura consigliata

We were very comfortable. Everything was well appointed. the veranda and the view of the snow covered mountains and the sea were stunning. The beautiful hardwood floors added a luxurious feel to the house. It is definitely a villa with a beautiful garden. We would have liked a couple of lamps to brighten the interior a bit. The hosts were very kind and welcoming . All in all an extremely pleasant stay.

Nove amici che non si vedevano da anni che hanno potuto godere del poco tempo insieme in uno spazio bellissimo, confortevole, dotato di tutti i comfort. La casa è pulita e ordinata (al punto da avere armadi con ripiani etichettati con vari accessori), ci siamo sentiti a casa dal primo momento. Francesca, la host, gentile e disponibile. Durante il nostro soggiorno ha nevicato tantissimo e Francesca si è premurata di sapere come stavamo e ha fatto di tutto per permetterci di essere sereni e goderci il posto magico dove eravamo. Un'esperienza bellissima.

My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!

lieve Helenia en familie, We hebben veel plezier gehad bij jullie. het appartement op de begane grond is ruim en mooi. we waren verrast, omdat het veel mooier is dan op de foto's. we hebben veel genoten van de zitplaats buiten en de grote tuin. We zijn dankbaar voor de lekkere cake, eieren, wijn, pasta saus en ga zo maar door. Wat een lieve mensen zijn jullie. er moeten meer mensen zoals jullie bestaan. ik raad iedereen aan om hier te verblijven! Meer dan je geld waard. Liefs van ons.

Such a lovely place to stay. The gardens are expansive and there's plenty of places to sit either beside the pool, in dappled shade to read a book, or in the extra large outdoor dining space. Huge thanks to Laura and Stefano for making out stay so wonderful.

This is our third stay here at this beautiful Villa and each time it gets harder to leave! Lots of fabulous days and evenings spent with Andrea and Enzo over some delicious food and wine together with their family and friends who have become our family and friends too! Andrea is fluent in English and Italian and there are other different dialects and languages to enjoy listening to in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. Ripattoni may be small but it is huge jn personality where the villagers welcome you with open arms. Beautiful Villa with stunning scenery and so peaceful too but with restaurants and bars a short distance away you can have the best of both worlds. Can’t wait to come back.
