Villa holiday rentals in Pescia

Can't say enough great things about this villa and Cristina as it's host! This was a family trip with 12 of us, and the villa provided more than enough space, bathrooms, amenities, and convenience for everyone. Sleeping arrangements were plenty and comfortable, bathrooms were larger than what you might expect for a European villa, several of them with dual sinks as well, and lots of modern upgrades that made things convenient but nothing to steal away from the absolute charm of the villa, especially the back yard by the pool. We loved spending most of our time there when we weren't exploring inside the city walls of Lucca (which are right outside the front door of the villa, an easy 5-10 minute walk away!) There were also coffee shops, markets, a pharmacy, a bank, etc., right around the corner from the villa for even more convenience. And Cristina herself? AMAZING. So proactive with communication, provided tons of information, and was very kind and welcoming when we arrived. THE BEST.

Our stay at Mariella's beautiful home was a highlight of our five week trip throughout Italy. Peacefully situated between Florence and Siena, this villa offers a welcoming respite from the hustle and bustle of the cities. It was also super convenient to the vineyards throughout Chianti. Waking up every morning to the sunrise views over the valley and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening were the perfect beginning and ending to each day. The pool was even larger than we imagined and provided days of entertainment sprinkled in during a week of sightseeing and wine tasting. I cannot recommend this home, location, or host enough. You will NOT be disappointed!

Great accommodation, beautiful, peaceful surroundings and very warm hosts! We lacked nothing. We were here with 7 people for our training camp and had a fantastic time in the villa. It is really even more beautiful than we would have expected from the pictures. Surrounded by olive trees and only a handful of other houses, you can perfectly unwind - whether by the pool, in the garden or in the house itself. Zara and Mark are very accommodating and helpful. We immediately received an answer to every question and also a lot of helpful tips to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Zara showed us the surroundings on a short morning hike. We would never have found these places without them. We will be back for sure.

It was an adventurous and absolutely breathtakingly beautiful accomadation. We loved everything about it. The host was very helpful, the donkeys were very cute, the view was amazing, the interiour design was spot on, the dinner they prepared was delicious and communication with host was absolutely perfect! Thank you very much for having us!

We had a wonderful stay, the house really felt like a home and was instantly relaxing. The whole booking and check in process was very straightforward and Giuseppe who met us to show us around the property and hand over the keys was very welcoming, kind and informative. The house has wonderfully peaceful location, with beautiful views. It has been furnished with excellent taste, and so adds to the feeling of being in a real home rather than a rental. The gardens and pool are delightful and evenings on the loggia will be remembered for a long time, we cant wait to return!

The villa was beautiful! Very peaceful and a great base for exploring the region. Lorenzo was very helpful before we got there and while we were there. The entry road is steep, so follow his directions on the type of car to get. Once you drive it the first time you’ll be fine!

We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful Meriggio Barn. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice! The house itself is beautiful, classically decorated and expansive space and very well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were a great size and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool . The house is set within beautiful rolling Tuscan hills with great views all around, enabling us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic - a lot bigger than we expected and we had lots of fun relaxing and keeping cool in the water. The location is great - 40 mins to Pisa and the same for Florence, so we enjoyed visiting those cities as well as getting the train from Florence to Rome. Elisa and the owner Adolfo were perfect hosts, helping us swiftly with any questions we had or recommendations required (the tip to drive and park at the tram stop was perfect, as well as the recommendations for the best local pizza!). Monti di Luna was a perfect accomodation for my family of 5. Paola and Simone are caring hosts, provided excellent communication and were very responsive before and throughout our entire stay. The location is excellent, and the bikes provided allow you all the transportation you need to navigate Forte dei Marmi and feel like a local. The garden outside is simply lovely and incredibly peaceful. We cannot wait to return!

My family and I -- six adults and a 9 month old -- spent two delightful weeks at Il Granaio. Before our arrival, Greg (the host) put me in touch with Ally, the property manager, who provided much useful information in advance and ensured we could find our way to the hidden gem that is Il Granaio. Once we arrived, Ally was available as needed, responsive to my queries as we settled in. We enjoyed the Villa and property immensely, using it as a base camp as we did day trips all around Tuscany and a longer visit to the Ligurian coast. The house was comfortable, attractive, and well-outfitted, with fantastic views from the second floor; the surrounding countryside was peaceful and beautiful; the pool was a perfect place to cool off and relax after being out and about; and the billiard table provided enjoyment for all! And having our own washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a baby. Wonderful memories were made for our family at Il Granaio!

We had a fantastic relaxing stay at this place. The house was large and had everything you need to make yourself comfortable. Thanks Daniele for allowing us to stay in your home! The house is stunning and spacious- the azure room in particular is a dream! We loved the pool and the spectacular infinity views and all the greenery around the house. An easy 5 minute drive to Castelnuovo do Garfagnana for any supermarkets and a good base to explore the Apuan Alps. This house will have pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay! Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first experience in Tuscany and it did not disappoint. The house is very private, there is only 1 house behind it however from most viewpoints you cannot see it and we never saw anyone. Volterra is a beautiful medieval place that will make you feel like you are in a movie. An hour from Pisa, drivable to many many wineries in the surrounding regions, this air bnb is a perfect place to stay and we hope to return again.

Wonderful stay at Villa Vittoria, surrounded by greenery at the gates of Lucca, a wonderful city. We really enjoyed the tennis court and the gym area with hot tub, perfect for relaxing. The soccer field and pool we didn't use them, but the latter is really beautiful and well-maintained. Maximum privacy and tranquility: ideal for unplugging. The villa is thoughtfully styled and the outdoor spaces are spacious and quiet. A perfect place to regenerate, which we recommend without hesitation.

Christina’s home was beautiful. She was an amazing host, getting us last minute reservations at restaurants and doing a cooking class with us on our last night that was fun and delicious!

If we could give Antica Limonaia six stars we would! Dana and Andrea were excellent at communicating and we knew they were close by if we ever had an issue. It was lovely to be met by Andrea on our arrival and shown around the house to settle us in. The house itself is beautiful - so light and spacious. Plenty of room for us with our adult children and their partners. We cooked nearly every evening in the gorgeous kitchen which was so well equipped. The laundry area was useful and well stocked. There was beautiful crockery, china, cutlery, linens. I could write an essay on how exquisite everything was (don’t get me started on the pretty tea towels) but suffice to say it was all perfect for us and will leave lasting happy memories. The table football is sturdy enough for four 20-somethings to revert to childhood!

Donatella's place is exactly as pictured: curated, welcoming, and quiet. As soon as the gate closes, you enter a private oasis where you immediately feel at home. The covered terrace is perfect for lunch or dinner outdoors with all the time, enjoying the beautiful view of the valley. We've always eaten out. The pool was clean and the view was really relaxing. Our two dogs immediately felt comfortable: the space is large and all fenced, so for sure. The shops and everything you need are nearby, and in 15 minutes you can reach the sea of Lido di Camaiore. The house is well equipped, everything works as it should. Donatella and her son are always available, kind and really work hard to make guests feel good. Simple and fast communication. Thank you for your hospitality and attention to detail! We'd love to come back.

The “Old Mill Place” was truly extraordinary. Our family loved it. We were a group of 12 family members and the facility had sufficient room, seperation, togetherness and wonderful history. My grandchildren loved playing in the creek and swimming in the pool. The location is out of the way but once you learned the route it was easy and only 5 minutes from town. We traveled to Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio, and Montecarlo easily. We went to town (Buggiano and Montecatini) daily and walked to Colle di Buggiano regularly (but the 10 minute hike is uphill) We absolutely would come back. Our only problem was with a local internet outage.

We visited for a multi-generational family holiday - grandparents, kids and parents. The setting is wonderful, in the mountains of Fosciandora - an easy 1.20 hr drive from Pisa airport. We enjoyed having the option of the jacuzzi as well as the fresh water pool. And had local chefs cook for us several evenings. The local Tigalle meal was a special highlight on our first day - compliments to Chef Nenella. It’s a stunning place and we’d love to come back. Local trips we did were to Lucca (about an hour), Castelnuovo di Garfagnana and Barga. Pizza Indie was a great recommendation from Leo. Our hosts were so responsive and wonderful to speak to. They couldn’t have been more attentive. I can def imagine we’ll be back in years to come. Highly recommend the his wonderful place to anyone who truly wants to get away and switch off. The mountain air and beauty is good for the soul.

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

We felt completely comfortable at Pina's. She is a super warm host. The house is ideally suited for many people. Our highlight was cooking pasta together with Pina and using the pizza oven. The outdoor area is beautiful and much more spacious than can be seen in the photos.

The biggest recommendation!!! We loved this place. The house is filled with various cozy areas, so there is plenty of shade, as we were travelling with small babies. We loved the outdoor seating area, and the pool area is more beautiful than the images shows. Only thing we would mention, is that there is a 10-15min drive uphill a very narrow road before you reach the house. It was not a problem for us, as we wanted to stay as much time as possible at the house. Other than that, Francesca was an amazing host and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back another time!

Incredible villa, meticulously maintained gardens and fruit trees, mesmerizing views and the gorgeous pool. Celebrated my father’s 70th birthday here with his kids and grandkids and we won’t forget it. Slice of heaven.
