Beachfront holiday rental in Pescia Romana

We decided to stay one night in Civitavecchia before boarding our cruise, and it turned out to be an excellent choice thanks to Monia’s wonderful hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making sure we were comfortable in her beautiful apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The place is incredibly cozy and peaceful—you immediately feel at home. Every detail is just as described, and the apartment is beautifully maintained. The location is also perfect: right in the center, with plenty of charming spots to explore within walking distance. Monia’s recommendations for places to visit and eat were spot on and helped us make the most of our short stay. We definitely recommend this place, and we’ll be back—next time for a longer visit to discover more of this lovely part of Italy.

We stayed in this apartment and were very satisfied! The owner was very kind, responded immediately to all our messages and responded to every request. We had a wonderful time in Giglio. The apartment exceeded our expectations, everything was there, everything worked, just so that it was comfortable for us from the first moment. The view of Campese is spectacular, the surroundings around the apartment are beautiful and functional. The communication worked tip top, we arrived late, but that was no problem. Since friends of ours were also on the island and we visited each other, I really appreciated that the kitchen equipment was not "counted", which means that there were also glasses, cups, etc. for visitors. We will be happy to come back!

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

Family vacation (4 pers.) at the end of August 2024: Wonderful location, very quiet and private. Exceptional is the large property where you can find a nice, shaded place to rest and enjoy at any time of the day! The bay below the house is very popular, but you can easily go there in the morning and evening if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. The furnishings of the house are sometimes a little older but functionally fine. The communication with Isabella worked flawlessly, and she took care of minor issues right away. The journey is via a quite narrow, winding access road - no problem with careful driving, but of course it takes some time for you to arrive in the next place (shopping, eating out). The house is very well suited for a family with 3-4 children, for 2 families the division of beds/ rooms is rather unfavorable. Absolutely recommended to anyone who loves privacy and nature! We had a wonderful stay. Location is fabulous- close to the water, a short walk to the free shuttle for cruises. The home was updated, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Big king bed, large TV’s, great AC in every room. Daniel was an amazing host, very quick to respond, made dining suggestions and reservations, offered transfer. Definitely one of the best AirBNb’s we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!!! Perfect for a pre or post cruise stay!

A beautiful place to stay and Federica was always on hand if we needed anything

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is nothing short of paradise – peaceful, lush, and full of charm. Our daughter especially loved watching and even feed the turtles and rabbits – such a lovely surprise that kept her entertained for hours! The hot tub in the garden was the perfect finishing touch – relaxing in it was a highlight of our stay. A special thank you to our incredibly kind and welcoming host Daniele, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. Your hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. We hope to return someday – and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

A beautiful little house with a fantastic view of the sea. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but nicely furnished and you have everything you need. The terrace is very large with plenty of seating and beautiful tables. From there you have a wonderful view of the sea. The area consists of a few other vacation homes and is very quiet. There is a swimming pool that you can use and at the end of a long staircase an access to the sea (no beach but rocky but still great for swimming). Around the cottage is a small garden and many beautiful trees. Giovanni's father Eduardo welcomed us, showed us everything and was very friendly. If we had a question, we got an answer quickly. For shopping, you drive about 10-15 minutes by car to the next town. In summary: a very nice quiet place with perfect views with friendly people. We will be happy to come back.

What an amazing location with a sensational view. We were looking for a restful location in picturesque surroundings where we could relax and unwind; this was definitely that place. After a day at the beach (7 min walk - downhill way there and quite a steap climb back if you decided not to drive) this had all the (immaculately landscaped) outdoor living spaces you need to relax into the evening and look out to sea as the day ends....views you could even enjoy from the brilliant outdoor shower! The accomodation was perfect for our group (3 adult couples) and on the warmer days it was nice to have the air conditioning. Both the owner and the host were helpful and responsive throughout. The only noteworthy things are that the drive into the location was along some tight and twisty cliff roads (I would not like to drive it in the dark) and the local beach is rocky so I would highly recommend swimming shoes. Overall we felt this was a magical place and had an amazing stay!

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. Wonderful location with fantastic view of the sea. Very large, lovely garden. Perfect privacy. At the back of the domain, however, the owner has his own place to stay, with its own entrance. Fortunately, the owner was not present during our period, because that would have reduced that perfect privacy feeling a bit. It is an older villa but equipped with every comfort. Modern well equipped bathrooms. The kitchen is also very functional, but not modernized. We knew that in advance, because you can clearly see it in the photos. Silva is a perfect host : proactive and very friendly. The extra cleaning events we had requested were also perfectly arranged by Silva and excellently performed by Sabrina. The only downside of the location and the entire area is that there are many mosquitoes.

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation is very nice, well renovated and furnished, equipped with everything you need for cooking. The air conditioning and wifi work perfectly. The beach (free and equipped) is easily reached on foot, even with small children. In front of the house, there is a beautiful pine forest with a playground and inflatables. Very family friendly!

Super flat right overlooking the sea. Little balcony to sit and watch the waves. Right near train station to be able to go to Rome for a day. Promenade below had lots of nice little restaurants and a flat walk into the town centre. Flat quiet with windows closed, even at very busy time. All very well organised and clean, with a helpful host. As a solo traveller I felt safe. Ideal stopover a few days before embarking on cruise . Taxis for port from station needs to be thought through ahead . Best book your transfer/shuttle bus possible .- highly recommend this flat.

Consuelo's house is really close to the sea, which you can see from the panoramic roof terrace. The nearby establishments are equipped, but about 300 meters away there is a very quiet and relaxing free beach. Also 300 meters away, you can find free parking for the car (at the beginning of June it was not difficult to find parking). A stone's throw from the apartment, you'll find grocery stores, bakeries, a tobacco shop, and a fruit and vegetable truck. Supermarkets are about a 20-minute walk away. The historic center (very beautiful and panoramic) and the shopping/restaurant area can be reached on foot with a 15-minute walk. The apartment is quiet, spacious and really equipped with everything you need to cook and relax after a day at the beach. Blown away, we will be back many times

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.
