Fabrizio is hands down one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure to meet on airbnb. His communication is unmatched, and he offers driving services to the port/roma airport, and more. Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket is a delightful treat, filled with authentic flavors. Thanks for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to present ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is surrounded by greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. Everything was perfect. We booked the accommodation on the day of arrival without any problems. The hostess was very communicative and wrote back immediately. The accommodation was clean, large and in a beautiful location. Definitely worth a visit and it won't be our last time here!

Davide was very kind and attentive at all times, the apartment was pristine and modern, the only thing that would be appreciated would be a microwave. Everything else is perfect and the apartment is located near the station and a few minutes from the beach. I would repeat the stay.

The apartment is located right in front of a beach accessible for free in a quiet area. Adorable ice cream shop on the corner 😊 Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Pleasant kitchen and bathroom. It takes a big hour to get to the center of Rome by bus and train. Thank you to Roberto for hosting us

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. Very stylish apartment. Located 3 minutes from the sea. 35 minutes from the airport. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very responsive ,responsible and helps with all questions related to the holiday. Definitely recommend !

We loved Christian’s place. Everything was perfect. The area is vibrant with many quality restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the sea. Christian was an amazing host, organising things and giving recommendations. His place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ostia. He met us at check-in and check-out which made things easy. He also arranged transfer from train and to airport.

The best Airbnb experience for us so far! Marco helped me prepare for a marriage proposal, which I really appreciated. Upon our arrival, we asked about good restaurants, and he gave us a quick tour of the area, sharing his insider tips(amazing food!). We couldn't ask for more! The accommodation was simply fantastic: a portion of a beachfront villa, cared for with simplicity, very clean and super-equipped. Absolute merit note to the dehors: a priceless space immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, with a breathtaking view of the sea. Giorgia was very helpful and very flexible, making everything even more enjoyable. A real surprise... and a certainty for the future: we will definitely be back!

The apartment is warmly and tastefully furnished, has a big bathroom and free parking on the premises. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, clearly showing that the host truly cares about the comfort of their guests. Everything you might need is available (coffie pads, mineral water, olive oil, a small basket with local cookies, crepers, candies, plenty of towels- high quality ). There is a small working place for laptops. But the most important thing for us was the exceptional cleanliness - everything was spotless, which made us feel immediately at ease. Communication with the host was very easy and clear; he was always responsive and helpful. I accidentally left my headphones behind (we were rushing to catch our flight), and the host reached out to let me know. He even helped arrange for them to be sent to my friend in Rome. I’m deeply grateful for his thoughtfulness and attention. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host!

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

This apartment couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is wonderful, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport and a less than 5 minute walk from the beach! We stayed here the night before our flight and loved getting to relax on the beach and enjoy a nice seafood dinner. Francesca was extremely helpful with booking a taxi to the airport. She also stored our luggage for us since we arrived before the check in time, making it possible for us to go to the beach! The apartment is stocked with everything you might need and was extremely comfortable! I highly recommend this apartment! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
