Our studio is a cottage with private entrance. It is located between the pretty Bordeaux train station and the iconic Capucins market. Our street is peaceful and flowery, like a hamlet in the city center in a typical Bordeaux style. Composed of a small living room, a sleeping area separated by Japanese curtains, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom/WC, it is very bright thanks to its large windows and retains its coolness in summer with its Bordeaux stone walls.

We offer an oenological getaway in the land of the wine castles of the Canon Fronsac called also Bordeaux Tuscany. Peace and relaxation will be at the rendezvous, accompanied by a magnificent view of the vines. The place has all the comforts as well as air conditioning!
