Apartment holiday rentals in Petit Valley

This place is definitely a gem! The property was beyond our expectations. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. There is also a convinience store across the road along with a local food outlet which was very useful as we didn't have to leave the area if we needed something extra. The apartment is close to restaurants, malls and the main city. I would recommend this to place to anyone looking for a nice safe-space. The hosts are absolutely amazing and helpful!

The apartment looks just like the photos and even better in person. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was spotless and very inviting. It felt like home away from home. I enjoyed the mountain and city views from the terrace every morning. I also enjoyed the privacy as the unit is a corner apartment and it's well laid out. One Woodbrook Place is centrally located all shops and restaurants making it easy to grab something to eat and go back to the apartment to relax. It's safe, private and convenient especially if you're not from Trinidad and don't want to stay at a hotel. I look forward to staying at Nesha's place again.

Mark is a very friendly host! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for peaceful and comfortable spot in Trinidad. He always made sure we were comfortable and safe. All the places around are accessible easily if you rent a car or else Mark has some recommendations for the drivers around. You will have your private space in between beautiful scenery and birds to look around. I will definitely be coming again! Thanks Mark for hosting us! 😌

Gwen's place is perfectly located and was really easy to get to. It allowed us to get to wherever we wanted too by foot and with the on-site parking we could leave the car without worrying about anything. The place is cozy and cool and Gwen was very helpful at all times. I would happily stay again!

Super central and well kept. The instructions were clear so check in and check out was easy. The place is close to a mall (7 minute walk) which has a decent a supermarket and a bunch of other things. The host was also pretty responsive.

I would highly recommend staying at this location. Very easy to find and also not only close to the airport but both malls, grocery stores and restaurants.

Alethea was a great host, she ensured we were comfortable and well taken care of. She responded to any queries we had promptly. The property is beautifully decorated and exactly as described/pictured. It was spotless and well equipped. You do have to take stairs to get to the property, so if you have mobility issues please take that into consideration. The property is located near a main road which leads to the town centre, it’s about a 30 minute walk or a 8/10 minute drive. It’s about a 20 minute drive to the airport and a 25 minute drive to Port of Spain. I would recommend either renting a car or trying to organise a driver as it can be difficult getting a taxi. Rideshare apps such as TTRS and DeliverMeTT can be very helpful but note it can take a while to get a driver to accept your ride due to where you are situated. All in all I would definitely stay at this property again. It was peaceful, immaculately kept and you really get to experience Trinidad in its authenticity.

Delesse's place was perfect for my short stay. I chose it for the artsy vibe and prime location and felt right at home from the time they greeted me. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The hosts were also quite helpful, assisting with arranging a driver, and providing recommendations (sometimes even before I asked). I would definitely stay there again and would recommend Petite Vireé to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Port of Spain!

Absolutely beautiful place. Quite cozy and comfortable. Clean, has all the amenities that a home has. Aesthetically beautiful. Both host and co-host were awesome. Very responsive, Anika very warm and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and would definitely make it my home away from home when visiting Trinidad.

I had a lovely time at Melanies place! It is so spacious and has every amenity you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. There is an obvious care and attention to detail that makes the space both visually appealing and very functional! I enjoyed having coffee and reading from the library full of Caribbean titles that are such a nice touch to the space! There are also restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance to add to the overall appeal!

This was an absolutely incredible place and our hosts were always available and kind. I would highly highly recommend this for anyone's trip to Trinidad

Dayna was an incredible host—welcoming, responsive, and attentive to every detail. She made check-in seamless and even went the extra mile by providing a thoughtful welcome basket filled with snacks and some essentials. It was such a kind touch that made me feel right at home. Could not be happier with my stay!! Terese was so welcoming, helpful, and kind, and we were able to explore so much (Maracas and Las Cuevas beach, Bamboo Cathedral, Caroni Swamp, etc.) close by in a central location. I booked Terese's airbnb for a birthday trip and my first time visiting Trinidad. This airbnb was very clean, comfortable, and well put together - I would absolutely stay at Terese's place again and highly recommend!

Koral and André were amazing hosts. The rooms were impecably clean, and the pool and surrounding area were amazing. It was restful and really a five-star experience. This part of Trinidad is very quiet and restful, yet not far from restaurants and amenities. It is like the best of all worlds. You can easily go to the beach but also to city, and once at home it feels secluded but secure. The rooms are fully equipped making cooking and everything possible. It's like being at a hotel and at home all at the same time. Once again thanks to the hosts and I hope to see you again.

Honestly one of the best Airbnb experiences we ever had. This apartment is centrally located, clean, easy accessible, lots of space and it is in a complex with great restaurants. If you are looking to stay in one of the nicer, more happening parts of POS, this is a great choice. Communication with Mario was super easy, check-in and check-out were a breeze. Highly recommend this place!

This property exceeded my expectations. From the calm atmosphere of the neighbourhood to the amenities offered in the home, everything was wonderful. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

When he found out about my allergies, he acted immediately to make sure everything was safe and comfortable for me. I truly appreciated his attentiveness and care. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

I have stayed quite a few places in this World and I can say without question this is one of the Best. The views are some of the most immaculate in Port of Spain. The condos are exactly as described and well worth it, me & my family would stay here anytime.
