It should be noted that the accommodation is located inside my house (separated by a locked door) and that we live upstairs.

The rate is based on a maximum occupancy of 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. Additional fee of $20 per night per adult for an occupancy of 4 adults.

In this rest area, you have a place to make a campfire and you also have a gazebo to relax.
