Villa holiday rentals in Petras

Very friendly host, we accidentally got their key with us and he agreed on us shipping it back. Moreover, we took on our way out a bag of groceries that we thought it was ours and he was extremely kind although it was our mistake. The place is super spacious and with great views, totally recommend it!

The four of us had a fantastic 5 weeks in Dora's great villa. Everything is the same as in the description and photos. And a big thank you goes to the local contact person....Romeo. He is always available, takes care of everything and is super likeable. We'll miss him. But we will come back. 🤗

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa! The views are truly stunning and the photos do not do them justice! Maria was an incredible and caring host/ point of contact and was so responsive, providing special tips and recommendations to make our visit enjoyable! She’s happy to help, and even called ahead to restaurants for vegan options for us - thanks! The separate and very private bedrooms with their own entrances are great for sharing the space. Lots of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the view. The secluded rocky beach is breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike down and up - more for the adventurous type but absolutely doable and worth it! So peaceful and gorgeous down at that beach. Sometimes there is some noise from the neighbors and their dogs, cats, and from the road behind the house which is normal/ typical if off a main road and with neighbors - just flagging that although it is private and somewhat secluded it can get noisy at times. 100 percent would return!!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect – very quiet, yet ideal for exploring the island. Everything was clean and exactly like in the photos. Communication was flawless, they responded immediately and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Elis Superb Villa is a spacious and well equipped home in a peaceful location in the mountains overlooking the sea. The living room has windows on all sides meaning even when sitting indoors one can feast on the views. The furnishings in all rooms are comfortable and of high quality, where virtually all flat surfaces are covered in marble, giving one the feeling of living in a lavish home rather than a holiday let. The owner Apostolis was attentive making sure we had everything we needed. The recommendations he gave us for beaches and restaurants to visit were spot on. Both Apostolis and his lovely family who we met on one occasion, reminded us of why Crete is renowned for its generous hospitality or philoxenia. We were reluctant to leave and would happily go back again. Highly recommended!

We had an extremely nice stay at the villa. The pool and the view are simply breathtaking. The rooms are very spacious and there is plenty of space to relax. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. Thank you for everything Stavros. We'll be back!

We were returning visitors, and enjoyed this house just as much as the last one. Everything was beautifully clean and we were very comfortable and well liked after during our stsy

We had the best time! Maria was so friendly and everything was perfect. We were even invited to eat dinner with them and had a blast. We were 14 people and we had plent of space for us all. It was clean and we even got new towels in the middle of the week which we did not expect. Would absolutely recommend staying there.

Me and my family had a great week at Villa Aires. The house is very special - set on a mountain side with incredible views up and down the valley. The sunsets each evening were perfectly framed by the landscape and some of the most beautiful we have seen. We hired a vehicle for the duration of the holiday and I would say this is essential for a holiday here - the price you pay for the stunning surroundings is that the house is quite remote, only the local village is walkable (charming but just a couple of restaurants and a small shop on offer). A car also gives you the opportunity to explore this area of Crete which has lots to offer with beaches, history, markets, harbours, beautiful towns. As long as you’re happy with the location, this villa is a no brainer. We would stay again without hesitation!

We had a wonderful time. The villa felt private even though there are two other villas next door. My friends and I loved the pool and how spacious the whole place was. We had stunning views of the nearby sea and town. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The only negative was the water pressure in the upstairs showers. Nota was very accommodating. She offered to clean the apartment during our stay and helped us arrange our hire cars. (From my group's experience, a car is highly recommended as taxis and public transport weren't great). The village, beaches and restaurants in the area were also great. Overall, my friends and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

Exquisite outdoor space! Spent hours and hours in the pool! Having a car useful if staying with kids and hot. Beautiful surroundings. Airplanes coming in overhead -two young boys in heaven! Thank you.

Rebecca‘s house is really exceptional! The location on top of a hill with an almost 360 degree view of the seaside, the bay and the town is nothing but spectacular. The little tower by the sea, the seating area under the trees, the jacuzzi with sea view and the infinity pool, all make for an incredible and cozy atmosphere. Communication with Rebecca was flawless and super friendly. The location is a 5 min drive or 30 min walk from the town center with an abundance of restaurants, cafés and bars. The wider area is home of many beautiful beaches and spectacular ravines for hiking.

We had a wonderful holiday. The villa is lovely and was perfect for a big family. Audrey is a great host who was so helpful throughout but especially with the challenges of the late arrival and checkout. Location is great and facilities were also great and exceeded expectations. A special mention for Wayne (the handyman), he took care of the garden, pool etc and is a bit of a legend👏. We would definitely look to book here again.

We had a fantastic family holiday in Tholos Villas in Crete. The view was incredible and the sun shone everyday. We enjoyed eating in Agios Nicolos in the bay overlooking the beach, fresh fish served every day. We took a boat trip to Spinalonga, to see the fortress and swam in the beautiful, clear blue sea. In the late afternoons we swam in the villa pool and enjoyed a beer, whilst sitting in the jacuzzi, watching the sun set. Thé villa is a home from home with everything you could need. Including games, books, Bluetooth music speaker, coffee machine and even some buckets for the beach.

Maria's place was in perfect condition, both outside and inside. The location offers excellent peace and tranquility for a vacation immersed in Greek nature, where every aspect refers to a slow life and attuned to the sea and the territory. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and even more than expectations, also in the middle of the stay there was a cleaning and a change of sheets, well appreciated and that has definitely added a positive aspect to the entire service. Surely compared to the prices of nearby facilities, the accommodation has a higher cost, given the presence of an outdoor pool (a dream) and the taste finishes of the house and decor. I assure you that it is worth immersing yourself in a Crete full of rustic and true charm, where the waves and stars overlook every worry and thought. I am satisfied with my stay, smoothly, clear and with friendly communication.

Our week at the place was just fantastic. The place fully corresponds to the photos. The amenities are great and the view from the upper bedrooms is wonderful. You can also reach the bay below via a small path. Claudia was a great contact person, answers quickly and made it possible for us to have a great stay with her tips. She also reserved restaurants for us. The place is a 10/10 and we (7 girls) can fully recommend it.

We had a wonderful holiday at the beautiful Villa Cristina! The view is unforgettable, sunrise is especially magical! The Villa has a tranquil setting in the hillside but there is a lovely little seaside village nearby. Liza was very responsive to any requests and helpful with recommendations. We would highly recommend!

We were warmly welcomed, also by the housekeeper, who showed us everything and told us when and how to reach them. It was also great that the washing machine in the house could be used. The house is beautiful and lovingly decorated, we felt like at home. Absolutely no shortcomings. The separation of the children's and parents' bedrooms was also nice. We found it very warm and great that for us water, olive oil from Crete, butter, jam and a little bread was provided for the first day, not at all self-evident! Especially great was the personal guide of our hosts, who helped us get to know beautiful and special places. In particular, the recommendation Mirsini and Adravasti. The small emergency pharmacy in the house was also great! Big + for families is that the pool area is locked and the toys, board games and DVDs have been provided for the little ones. Ioannis and his wife are great hosts!

We had a wonderful time and especially with our babies and children we had everything we needed. Giannis and his wife were extraordinary nice hosts and let us feel welcome from the first second!

Place was great! View and pool were amazing features , the hosts waited for our arrival and checked in on us after the earthquake, accommodations were great! Enough space and a clean space. Would recommend having a car , a little car for walking but with the rental car it made it easy for us and everything is maybe 10 mins away, a lot of good towns to check out, one of our favourites was Agios

It was a very nice experience, Nikos was very attent and a good host. The villa is one of a thousand, an unique panoramic view in combination with comfort and luxe. We recommend it to all.
