It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Nestled among olive trees, our modern stone villa is just a 5-minute drive from the picturesque village of Agios Nikolaos and 300 meters from the beach. With 5 bedrooms (2 with ensuite bathrooms), 4 bathrooms, and a WC, it comfortably accommodates families. All rooms feature balconies, while the fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining table for 10. Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.
