The Marche region is full of wonders given by Mother Nature, the sea, the mountains, the valleys dotted with rivers, the gorges and the natural passes of the Apennines, or built by the wisdom of renowned artists. This one bedroom apartment is high above the olive trees, looking out onto the hills around the farmhouse, surrounded by birds. It is open plan, with windows on three walls, with early morning sunshine in the bedroom, and evening sunshine in the kitchen and eating area. The apartment is accessed through its own front door and up a flight of stairs and outside it has a private terrace with table and chairs and views down to the swimming pool. There is also a two bed apartment on the property.

In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. The La Sibilla penthouse is located in the historic center of Macerata, a stone's throw from the Sferisterio. It offers an extraordinary panorama that stretches from the Sibillini Mountains to the Adriatic Sea, while from the second terrace in the sleeping area you can look out over the rooftops of Macerata. You will be immersed in a peaceful setting, while still having all the amenities of the city center. The building has only 4 apartments and is equipped with an elevator.

The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.
