Amparo is very nice and attentive at all times, the accommodation is small but very cozy. Everything you need in a house is there, You have to take into account that it is not a very large apartment, but everything is still well managed. Before the arrival, Amparo informed us that the television had a scratch and although it can expand a little, it does not affect the operation or quality at all, on top of that it is a large television. If you go as a couple, you won't be watching much TV, because you have a magnificent pool to enjoy as a couple. We were very happy. We'll be back ☺️

This place is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I knew it was going to be an unforgettable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and decorated with exquisite taste. The bed was comfortable and the shower was a luxurious experience. The location is perfect, with a breathtaking view of the river. The owner is friendly, attentive and always willing to help. The pool and garden are an oasis in the middle of the village. In short, this accommodation is a real gem. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality experience and exceptional service. Don't miss the chance to stay here! Without a doubt, one of the sunrises for its most beautiful views that I have ever lived, I will come back very often, if it is free, because when people know it will be complicated, given the charming of everything, the owner, the surroundings, the tranquility..., little more to say , an experience as I said at the beginning unforgettable.

We say to go to this place because we had been wanting to go to the Bogarra sculptures route with the little ones. The house is very cozy, clean, tastefully decorated and with all the amenities you can imagine. Very good located, in the middle of town. Supermercados and local bakeries to be able to go on foot. His host, Juan Angel, was attentive at all times and was very kind to us. Ayna is a town within a wonderful landscape that we highly recommend… we loved it!

The place is cozy and very peaceful. Very reasonable price. Although it is on the outskirts of the town, without neighbors or public lighting, we were very comfortable. Very friendly and communicative host

What a place, beautiful historical building out of the hustle and bustle of Alicante centre. Perfect place to spend some down time with friends, the pool area was divine, and makes this property stand out from all the rest. The kitchen was well equipped and more, the bathrooms were luxurious and everything was spotless. Walking distance to an array of lovely restaurants, shops and historical landmarks. If you are not a fan of strolling or the sun is too hot there is a bus stop right outside so exploring is easy for anyone. We were welcomed in by the host and given a little tour which was super lovely, a real personal touch. Just a heads up, the two doubles in the downstairs bedrooms are small and not the comfiest. 3 nights was about our limit I don’t think I could have slept in them for a week. There is also a house being renovated next door so we were woken early with the sounds of drills and hammers, again any longer than three nights would have been effected by this. Still 5⭐️

The house is spectacular, much more beautiful than in the photos. The environment is super quiet, you could feel the peace in the atmosphere, we didn't know the area and we fell in love with it. Alejandro is a 10. He was attentive to everything and very helpful in advising us on what to visit, where to shop, sports or adventures to practice and the house exceeded our expectations, a real treat 🥰

A really lovely place. Lidia was an incredibly kind and helpful host. She went out of her way to accomodate us and our kids. Her daughter was also very responsive and helpful during our stay whenever we had any questions.

⭐️10/10 Simply perfect stay. The house is amazing, very spacious and with everything you need to spend a pleasant time with family and friends. As for services, there are several supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. We'll be back 🙂
