Private space at the heart of Novi Sad!

We liked the house very much - it’s a cozy place with a lot of nice details which makes you feel comfortable and like at home. If you’re planning to cook, there is everything you might need in terms of equipment and tools, as well as the outdoor grill and open fire cooking place. Bedrooms are very comfortable with the Danube view when you wake up. Communication with Dragan was very easy and friendly. The place is pet-friendly. All recommendations from my side!!

I wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s a perfect retreat, especially for families with kids — there are plenty of activities and space to play. The property is huge and beautifully maintained, and the village of Čerević itself turned out to be incredibly charming and full of character. Communication with Goran was a pleasure — he was welcoming, helpful, and made everything easy. Everything was just perfect!

Any recommendations for a place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Outside is a lovely garden for rest and fun. The location is great and you're quick in the heart of the city.

This apartment is a good option for a stay in Novi Sad. It is located in a new residential complex and has everything for living. We only missed a microwave, but there was an oven. From the apartment you can walk to all the city attractions, there are large shopping centers nearby, right in the building you have groceries and cafes. Sometimes it was a little noisy from the yard and neighbors. But overall, this is a great accommodation option that can be recommended.

Nice apartment. The only issue for me was that since it's May the radiator heaters in the apartment were shut off and it still got cold at night. There is an AC heater in the living room, but heat from there did not reach the bedroom (even with the bedroom door left open) and I was still cold despite using several blankets. It was my fault for not choosing an Airbnb with an AC/heater in the bedroom. Vesna was a nice host.

Vesna hearkens back to the days when AirBnB was founded: she's a traveler who enjoys meeting fellow travelers and wants to share her hometown with others. She's a real person, not some corporate entity managing many properties with a faceless go-between you never meet. Sadly those numbers seem to be growing on AirBnB. Vesna is interesting, interested in you, and genuinely wants to be helpful. Yes, the place is great. But she's the highlight.

This is a fully equipped small apartment, where you can see the Danube River and the fortress across the river from the living room window.The park opposite the door is great for a walk, and the small coffee shop in the park is the best choice for breakfast.Local Market is also close by, where you can buy cheese made by locals.Room 5 is on the 3rd floor, and it's tiring to carry large luggage. The key box is at the door.

Sofija and her family are excellent hosts and they made our stay in Novi Sad pleasant and welcoming. All messages were replied to very swiftly and communication in general was easy and straightforward. The apartment is simple, neat, clean and fairly well located. Marko had a lovely space with everything you would need for a stay - plus extra! Located in a lovely condo/apartment complex in the iconic bloks, Marko’s condo was fully renovated with a modern kitchen, bathroom, washer, dryer, and AC. The condo was about a 20-30 minute walk into the center of the city and not far from grocery stores or local restaurants. There was a playground outside and a beach/playground within a short walking distance away. Marko and his family were wonderful hosts and balanced making sure we were comfortable with giving us space to explore Novi Sad. I would stay here again.

Excellent stay in Novi Sad thanks to the central location of the accommodation, next to a park and close to the beach (walking distance). Very clean space as described.

Ivana was incredibly great with her communication. The apartment is in the BEST location. It is, literally, overlooking the Old Town Square. The balcony is expansive; the unit is safe, quiet, and comfortable. There is construction directly in front of the building on the ground level, but there was no issue with noise. The fortress is a 20-minute easy stroll away. Bojan drove me to the town of Sremski Karlovci one morning and, also, took me to the bus station when I checked out. I cannot recommend this apartment more highly! It is a wonderful place to stay in Novi Sad!!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Vladimir as a host and his place. You can tell how traveled and mindful he is from every possible detail and care he puts into making the space comfortable for any type of person, equipping with supplies you may not even remember you needed. Fully equipped with all amenities from kitchenware, cookware and complimentary coffee/tea/spices, Smart TV, inverter laundry machine/detergent, bathroom supplies/toiletries, shower with great hot water pressure, map/brochures, sewing kit, and endless other supplies that truly make it feel like living at home. The tidy studio is also charmingly decorated with a Zen vibe located on a quiet street within easy walking distance to Old Town, main street, shopping, supermarkets, pharmacy/clinics, restaurants, cafés, bus+taxi stand, etc. Vladimir is an exceptionally kind, thoughtful and helpful host - he was flexible to adjust around my changing schedule, even allowing me to stay beyond common times for my bus travel.

Milos was perfect, extremely responsive and the contacts simple and warm. Despite our very late and delayed arrival, Milos welcomed us warmly. The accommodation was perfect, very clean, well arranged with a parking space which makes life easier. In addition, no noise disturbance. Milos responded to our every request with exceptional speed.
