In the heart of the Marnaise countryside, come and discover our beautiful region, rich in cultural and gastronomic heritage. In the beautiful massif of Saint Thierry, in the northwest of the department, you are 2 steps from Reims, the city of the coronations of the kings of France, and in the center of the wine-growing wealth of the Champagne farms. Calm and rest await you in this beautiful 19th century building, former Vadiville farm and former stud farm, completely renovated. You will have a large independent garden, shaded and enclosed by hedges, as well as a terrace equipped with garden furniture, parasols and barbecue for 10 people. You will have a spacious living room (with foosball table) allowing you to have your meals and relax in the lounge area with fireplace (wood stove). The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped and user-friendly (bean espresso machine, 2 raclette machines, a waffle and croque monsieur machine). On the mezzanine, two spacious and atypical bedrooms await you: "Le Grenier" with 4 beds of 90 x 200 (or a large bed of 180 x 200 + 2 90 x 200 beds, on request) and "Le Nid" with a 180 x 200 bed. On the half-floor, you will also discover 2 other bedrooms (160/200 bed) "La Prairie" and "La Rosée". On the landing, you will have at your disposal a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. For added comfort during your stay, sheets, towels and cleaning are included in the rate. Two hair dryers are available The cottage is adjoining the owners' home. Two cats live on the farm, Leïca and Bennie, and can enter the cottage, it is their refuge. The owners also own two dogs (barking is therefore possible) as well as other animals such as sheep, donkeys and horses (in the meadows of the stud farm). The entrance to the cottage is on the 1st floor via the external staircase

Une place de stationnement est disponible à proximité du gîte. Location de vélos électriques possible sur demande pour découvrir la région.
