Lydia and Pierre-Yves will be happy to welcome you to Maison Azu, an old farmhouse from 1850 that they have restored; the cottage was built in the old stable. The village of Josse is located on the banks of the Adour, 20 km from the Landes beaches, at the gates of the Basque Country, Béarn, Spain. The two comfortable bedrooms each have a terrace and separate bathrooms. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen. Terrace and private garden of about 300 m2.

The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

About 30 minutes from Bayonne, 20 minutes from the beaches, 45 minutes from Pau. It is adjoining our house. However, apart from the common main driveway, this studio has a private parking space and enjoys total independence: private access, private garden and terrace as well, not overlooked.
