This apartment is in a great location. The sunrise in the morning is a marvel. The street, although busy, is quiet and access to the beach is so easy (cross the street). We were delighted to stay at Martine's place which is very friendly and very accommodating. The accommodation is very comfortable, very clean, well arranged and decorated. There's nothing missing. We stayed there as part of our bike route on the Canal du Midi and appreciated the proximity to the accommodation and the canal, enjoying a place where we were able to rest well and walk around Roubia very pretty village, quiet, pleasant with a restaurant bar grocery store where we ate very well. Very close to the property, after a day of cycling, it's appreciated! A big thank you to Martine for allowing us to make a nice stop at her place.

This is a lovely apartment. Very comfortable. We wanted to swap our kitchens. It was very well equipped, first rental place I have ever stayed in that had good knives! Lovely views from the bedrooms. Chairs, mats and umbrellas for the beach were appreciated. As was the proximity of the beach and sea. At this time of year (mid June) Leucate was very quiet and peaceful. We are guessing that many of the houses in Leucate Plage are second homes only used during “Le Grande Depart”. However restaurants and a great new beach bar were open. We also loved the oyster shacks. We really enjoyed our stay and Brice was a great host.

We stayed for a week at Émile's place. The accommodation is at its best. Well equipped. Spacious with dedicated areas. The air conditioning is a plus. The terrace at its best. Despite being a little out of the way, we mostly did everything on foot without any difficulty with my 7-year-old daughter. I really recommend this place. We had a great week! Thanks again to Émilie for this little gem.

We had a beautiful week stay at Graham and Jeanette's home. The kitchen and common areas are well appointed and comfortable, and we loved the design of the house and outdoor /pool area. The views of Lagrasse are stunning. We could have spent another week enjoying the house and the fantastic village!

A really great place! Individually designed, very tasteful and equipped with everything necessary. The location is great in the vineyards, super quiet and yet you are by car in 15 minutes by car. Renaud is a great host, always friendly, helpful and with great recommendations and tips. We will definitely be back!

Very nice house, single-story, beautiful pool. The bedding is very good. close to the beach and lots of things to do in the area La Palme is a very pretty little village and very clean. Communication was perfect with the host.

A very well located apartment close to the city while being located in a quiet area. The view and the environment are beautiful, the equipment of the apartment and terrace is very very complete. We had a lovely week at St Cyprien . Apartment as described and very well located (facing the sea) The owner welcomed us very warmly

Excellent location of the studio, close to shops and the beach, very well equipped, very convenient private parking. Benoit and Frédérique are very responsive. Small downside, we were unable to lower the roller shutter which would have allowed us to lower the temperature of the studio without having to use the air conditioning. Great stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

We stayed at Gilles's place for the marathon. The accommodation is impeccable, ideally located whether to go to the restaurant or the beach. In addition, the property offers parking and a private space. I highly recommend it.

The accommodation is super spacious, and very clean. The host is very responsive which allowed us to extend our stay in Saint Cyprien. I recommend it 100%, even for a small family ☺️

The place was nice and very clean. The home fragnance scent was a bit strong but feels refreshing every time we went home. Walking distance to good restos, nice area to bike and walk too. We thought it would be annoying since the aircon is controlled virtually but in the end, he just programmed it the way we wanted. Thanks for the free cocktail as well! 😉
