From the terrace, you will have 180° views of the vineyards, olive trees, Mount Alaric, The Pyrenees, and seasonal colors.

Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

You'll enjoy relaxing in this tiny house. 40 minutes from Narbonne, 30 minutes from the City of Carcassonne, 20 minutes from Lac de Pradelles, the nautical base of Lake Jouarres, the giant abyss of Cabrespine, Minerve, 5 minutes from the site of Notre Dame du Cros, and the famous Carrières de Marbres and Abbey of Caunes and starting point for many hikes. And all amenities nearby.

Nelly's Studio

At the foot of the Black Mountain between Carcassonne and Narbonne, in one of the most beautiful villages of Minervois; I offer a studio attached to my home. Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

Studio l'Obrador 25 m2 + Kitchen, pool access

In order to rest or work in peace, we welcome you to the Obrador. (The Occitan Workshop) that we have set up for your comfort. The studio, with independent access, includes a large bed (160 x 200) and two bunk beds (90 x 190), which can accommodate parents with children. The bathroom consists of two sinks, a walk-in shower, private toilet and towel dryer. You will benefit from the well-being of our swimming pool (safe for children).
