The house dates from 1813, but has been renovated in 2014, with respect for authentic elements (ancient stones and floors, ...). The house has a big terrace, a private swimming pool (9 x 4 m) and a big garden (1300 m2) with trees. The entire garden is surrounded by an ancient wall, guaranteeing lots of privacy. The house boasts a lot of comfort (new kitchen and bathroom) and has a habitable space of 180 m2. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bureau with sofa bed (suitable for young child).

This village house was a real coup de coeur for its owner who was seduced at first sight by its central wrought iron staircase, typical of Burgundian houses and gracefully serving all the spaces. On 3 levels, it consists of a kitchen, a living room, a large bathroom and 3 bedrooms furnished with taste and adapted to family life. Located on a square planted with plane trees in this small, quiet and benevolent village, it is a haven of serenity.

Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

In order to rest or work in peace, we welcome you to the Obrador. (The Occitan Workshop) that we have set up for your comfort. The studio, with independent access, includes a large bed (160 x 200) and two bunk beds (90 x 190), which can accommodate parents with children. The bathroom consists of two sinks, a walk-in shower, private toilet and towel dryer. You will benefit from the well-being of our swimming pool (safe for children).
