Villa holiday rentals in Pézenas

Great house! The beach La Roquille is only a few meters through the dunes. We were there in mid-June with five people and had the beach almost to ourselves during the week. The house is tastefully decorated and very clean. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms are small - but we only used them for sleeping anyway. Otherwise, life takes place on the beach or the terrace. The marquise provides shade for the seating area on the terrace at any time. Cooking outdoors on the plancha is a pleasure. Contact and reception very straightforward. Caroline also asked from time to time if everything was okay. We'd love to come back.

Our 4-night stay at Cybele’s place was absolutely amazing. The house is beautifully designed and furnished, and is equipped far beyond the usual Airbnb accommodations in that price range. The mattresses and bedding were very high quality and super comfortable. Cybele is a wonderful, generous and gracious host who made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. The location allows easy access by car to many beautiful sites in the area. Our favourites were Cirque de Mourèze and Saint-Guilherm-le-Desert. We highly recommend Cybele’s beautiful and very comfortable home.

Ideal location for beautiful discoveries in the region, magnificent view. Effective communication with the owners and simplicity of the key box. Given the season, the pool is a little cold to enjoy. We'll have to come back in the middle of the season! One or two additional deck chairs would be welcome around the pool. Very good stay in a quiet area.

Marie-Anne's place was perfect for spending several days with friends!! We were able to enjoy the exteriors (swimming pool, barbecue, ping pong, pétanque...). I really recommend this place to have fun with family or friends. In addition, Marie-Anne is a very friendly person.

Very nice accommodation, Samuel and his wife are very welcoming. Kind and flexible. We came on a weekend with friends. We had a great time. The house is amazing, everything is there for a wonderful vacation. You can go there with your eyes closed. The accommodation is very clean. Thank you very much

This place is paradise. Christophe and Christine could not have been more helpful or kind. This place is definitely the best Airbnb I have stayed in and we were all so sad to leave. It is decorated and maintained to exceptional standards. We all loved it.

The place is perfect! It is located in the middle of nature with many beautiful walks around. It is perfect for children thanks to the toy boxes available. I would 100% recommend!

The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

A very pleasant stay where we were really well received by Benoit! He was available/flexible whenever we needed him! Everything was available for a pleasant stay! I highly recommend this house which is quiet, clean, spacious, pleasant and has a multitude of accessories. The bedroom area with private shower and quality bedding offers real moments of rest... I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We were gathered for a wedding- 14 of us stayed there. It was very hot weather. But the pool was wonderful, excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds. We cooked lots of meals in the well stocked kitchen. We had several questions and the hosts responded very quickly and kindly. I highly recommend this air bnb. It is outstanding!!

Pleasant stay in a nice house, very functional for a large group (2 fridges, large tables, chairs and cutlery in number, etc. All that's missing is a parasol to be able to have lunch quietly outside when there is a lot of sun.

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

Quiet accommodation, very comfortable. Perfect for a large family. Very nice well-equipped rooms, a spacious living space and a very large kitchen. Very well equipped accommodation inside and out. For cooks, a kitchen very well equipped with utensils and dishes.

Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative on the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, be aware that the pool protection curtain is not functional. When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! Christel is a great host, who immediately puts you at ease thanks to her good mood and her little touches. We had a great stay, the house is just like the photos. If we have the opportunity, we will surely return to Christel's house.

Nothing! That's what's missing in this accommodation! Angelique's welcome was perfect, she was available and very adaptable for us. The accommodation is impeccable and everything is there to have a great time with family or friends. The cold drinks on arrival were very much appreciated. Everything has been thoughtfully and superbly decorated. The exterior is splendid, between the pool, the jacuzzi, the trampoline for the children, everyone finds something for themselves. The environment is very quiet and you can go for short walks from the house. The icing on the cake was that our dogs were welcome.

We stayed for a week at this great villa for a week. Everything was perfect and even beyond our expectations. The villa, the setting, the amenities, the pool…. A big thank you to our host also who contacted us to organize everything before our arrival, responsive when we have questions or needs. We'll be back very soon, that's for sure.

Excellent villa , great hosts and good communication. Great way to celebrate family birthdays . The villa was just like the photos advertised . Extremely clean and well stocked . Only small disappointment not many local restaurants that are walkable to eat in the evenings .
