Spacious apartment, however it was at the entrance to Bui Vien Street (Red Light District) which may be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the traveller you are.

You're right at home at Ngocs place, and in a neighborhood, feeling like a local, the neighbors nod and smile at you, sure there's hotels and tourists nearby, but this block feels like you just really really landed in the real HCMC. Popular local food vendors literally outside the front door, a 24h coffee shop on the corner (one traditional one Plant-based!! in the same storefront. Oh and some of the best vegan food in the world within a few blocks (and all the omnivore as well) I'm a cpap user and after failing to find distilled water at over 12 pharmacies Ngoc went out of her way and trekked to a hospital pharmacy to get me some and had it delivered!! So amazing. We just had to visit her coffee shop, super chill and the essence of cool (but go during the day, so the hip shows are open, but like us who only got a glimpse) Totally recommend,close to new Saigon Metro as well.

It's really awesome! I think the true value comes from the small details. I really liked the balcony with a blue view. As you can see in the photos, the room was cozy and everything was well equipped. There was a spare outlet, a work desk, and fast Wi-Fi, so I was able to get my online work done very quickly. It's not just a vacation, it's a perfect space for business trips. I had everything I needed, and it was as comfortable as being at a friend's house!

We loved our stay in Apartment 14B! It's well furnished and decorated in a way that makes it feel cosy and homely. It had all of the essentials we needed. We stayed for a month and it felt like a home away from home. The balcony was our favourite part, the perfect place to sit with a drink and watch the busy streets. The location was incredible for exploring District 1 and beyond, and the new Ben Thanh metro station is only a minute away! The apartment is in an old local building, so it’s good to be aware of that. It is a wet bathroom and the traffic noise can be quite loud, but Tram thought of everything we might need, from ear plugs to a mop for keeping the bathroom dry. It didn't bother us because of how great everything else was. Tram’s service was what stood out the most to us, she was thoughtful, kind and helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations for things to do (and eat). I really can’t stress enough what an amazing host she was ❤️ we hope we can come back one day!

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

Beautiful view of the city! Perfect spot which was in walkable distance to busy streets and the walking street for night life. There’s also a massage place directly outside which was convenient. An easy spot to rest before/after day trips. Only recommendation would be for the bed to have a top sheet. That may be a personal preference. The shower water also gets everywhere in the bathroom so an extra bath mat may be needed.

Super great place and awesome views of the high houses in the city! The host was great, clear instructions always responded quickly, and were easy to communicate with! The only thing I have to point out is that there is a second house opposite the apartment that will obscure the view when it is ready but so far it works great!

Great little room. Has everything you need. Bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, bathroom was clean and the shower had hot water. Great value

The unit was as pretty as the photos! Someone also waited for us in their lobby and helped us to check in😊. Internet connection was great as well as I had online classes! Overall stay was great and will definitely go back🌸.

Firstly, I felt very at home here. The property was super comfortable, had a great sleep and the temperature was perfect for it being so hot outside. Secondly, the host was so so great. She communicated quickly, efficiently, and I didn’t have to worry about her not getting back to me unlike some other hosts I dealt with on my other trips. Thirdly, location is awesome. Very central! Only tip is that if you call a grab, I recommend walking to the street right under cause it’s a bit easier since it can get crowded w cars on the main st of the property. That’s all! Overall loved the property and the host was great. Def book it if you can

We loved our stay at Mekong Lounge! The studio apartment was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Bathroom was clean and had a separate shower (not a wet one which was important to us)!! Water pressure is a little weak but nothing we couldn’t work with. Check in instructions included a video that made it super easy. Security was great as we were in a little communal area off the main road and the gates closed as night. Location was close to District 1 and so it was easy to get around via grab (5 minute ride or 15 minute walk but it’s really hot). Also super close to Com Tam Calamette which was our favourite meal during our time there!!! Overall we’d recommend :)

Good: - Impressed with the quality of the room and decor, it’s a very beautiful room and looks just like the photos - The price for such a nice room is really good, it reminded me of a room I stayed in at The Myst DK, but that room was about 6 million per night , so the price here is impressive - bath tub in room - Staff friendly - Host very easy to contact and resolved any issues I had, the host is also very friendly and kind - Floor 3 room very clean and spacious - the location is very good and many restaurants around here and bui vien and Ben thanh market a short walk Bad: - The first room I was given floor 1 had girls hair on the bed and about 20-30 flies in the room and leaking roof, but I was given a new room to resolve (new room very clean and good, host resolved this quickly but I should still mention this first room in the review ) - The WiFi floor 3 is unusable, it is so bad. I really wanted to use the projector to watch some movies but I couldn’t

This was my second time in Saigon and second time staying at Amy’s. I was traveling with my toddler this trip, so going back to a place I already knew felt like the safest choice. It’s clean, quiet at night, and has everything you need - super helpful when you’ve got a little one with you. 💕💕💕

Chuyen is the type of host that goes above and beyond! So welcoming and accommodating! Place gave us enough space to not feel clustered like one would in a typical hotel room. Unique layout for 1 bedroom, definitely in a good way. Lots of options nearby, spas- food - coffee.

Hanh is great host. Always support me with everything about food and convenient transportation. A house well worth the stay. Such a great experience.

I stayed with three friends, and the two-bedroom apartment was feel comfortable. The space was clean and airy, so really relaxing. The building has a gym and pool 👍🏻. The host responded quickly and support from check-in to check-out. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay with a small group.

Fantastic host ! So responsive , accommodated a half day stay because we arrived early at a fair cost ! Very much appreciated, we arrived at 6 am and didn’t want to wait til check in! During the stay they were very responsive. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the amenities. Wow ! Everything you could ask for and MORE. You will NOT get these amenities at a hotel & I frequent at high end hotels - some of which make you pay for their saunas and pools. This place had it ALL! Location wise it was close to the epicentre of all the action but just outside and peaceful / close to wonderful street vendors and restaurants which we ate at daily and preferred over many of the restaurants. Don’t think twice about booking this stay . It’s great! One thing to be aware of is the mattress is very firm ( I like this but not all do so be aware ). 10/10 stay and hosts !

This is my second time stayed at Betty apartment. Same as previous she still so responsive and the apartment still nice as my previous stay. Will highly recommend for couple to stay for honeymoon.

I had a fantastic stay at Linh’s place! She was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout the entire trip. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in the new city of Saigon that it has wonderful view to the heart of the city. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The apartment had everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy bed. It really felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a great experience!
