We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Ho Chi Minh! The place was exactly like the photos—clean, tidy, and well-equipped with amazing facilities. It’s in a quiet area which was perfect for relaxing, but still super convenient with Grab rides making it easy to get to bars, restaurants, and shopping spots. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with storing my luggage after check-out due to my late flight. I really appreciated that extra kindness. Highly recommend this stay!

I stayed with three friends, and the two-bedroom apartment was feel comfortable. The space was clean and airy, so really relaxing. The building has a gym and pool 👍🏻. The host responded quickly and support from check-in to check-out. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay with a small group.

Kat’s home offered us a level of comfort not experienced in over 7 trips to Vietnam. Beds were soft, place was well decorated and bathrooms were immaculate. You can tell that she pays attention to the small details which isn’t something typical for Airbnb’s in Vietnam. Her stay will be our number one choice in future trips.

Amazing place to stay, clean with pool & sauna. Central to distinct one. Peaceful and quiet at night time with security guards down in reception. Very safe area. Jodie was always responsive and answered and questions we had, really good host. We’ve extended our trip and booked to stay longer at another one of her apartments.

Yung's place is one of the most comfortable apartments I've stayed at in HCMC, and I've stayed at over a dozen! It has been really well maintained, and does indeed have a 80s vibe as described. I really appreciated the big sofa, which many places lack. Separated by a door, the kitchen/living room and bedroom each had an air conditioning unit. 24hr staffing and security and located in a wide private alley. Centrally located but quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. this place is more than just an airbnb..it's home. the capacity is quite big that can fit 5 people. even though there's only 3 of us. everything is clean and clear. he has the manual book for us to figure things out. if not you can contact him. the place is amazing. i love it!!

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

Top notch stay in not far from the heart of District 1. The apartment was spacious, clean, and looked just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and aircon was strong — we always left home feeling super well rested. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. On the first night someone’s bed had a strange stain on it and the team was super quick to respond, replying immediately sending someone to change the sheets the next day. The apartment complex itself feels super luxurious and secure, featuring amenities like pools, gyms, and even a jacuzzi (though unfortunately didn’t have time to check them out). There was even a Pizza 4P’s outlet right downstairs which was super convenient 😍 Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Saigon!

Had a great stay! The hosts were very approachable and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is great, close to lots of good amenities like shops and cafes. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Highly recommend !!!! Host is super friendly and amazing. Very quick response if you need any helps or recommends. The place is very clean and tidy. It’s a breath-taking view from the balcony. I imagined that it is 5-star hotel room when I took my first step into the place. Everything is well decorated. This is my best choice I’ve ever had when choosing a place to stay. A great space to stay, the household necessities are fully complete. Very convenience for us while have a work journey there.
