Отличный опыт долгосрочного проживания. Кондо соответствует фотографиям и описанию. Хорошее расположение, рядом 7/11 и supercheap, до пляжа 15 минут, на байках - несколько минут. Отзывчивые хозяева: возникший вопрос с кондиционером решили буквально в этот же день. Если будем в Камале, точно выберем это жилье.

This listing was beyond stunning. The location being right by the beach was perfect for sunsets or sunrises. Very easy to find, & an amazing perk is the restaurant right next to it! Ms. Jane was going above & beyond to make my stay amazing. The quickest host to respond at anytime of day & the friendliest when needing early check in/late check out! If anyone ever comes to Phuket hopefully you book with her because it was truly a pleasure being there!

This is my fifth time in Phuket, i can tell Daniel’s place was really great. Wonderful seaview in room, walkable distance to Kamala beach. There were BigC and 24/7 Tops nearby. I had a rental car in there day, and parking lot was provided, but you need to drive up a high slope to access the parking lot. Everything was just the same as the description and photos. Daniel is a very nice and helpful guy, always provides me help at anytime. I will recommend this flat!

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

Die Unterkunft war unfassbar schön und Oleg war ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er war steht‘s erreichbar und hat immer geholfen. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen und bei meinem nächsten Besuch wird es wieder diese Unterkunft sein.

작은 트러블이 있었지만 그래도 호스트님께서 빠르게 대처해주셔서 편하게 묵을 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다. 모든 시설들은 얼마 안된 새것들이라 깔끔한 숙소를 원하신다면 추천드립니다. 수영장도 공용이긴하나 묵는 사람이 별로 없기 때문에 프라이빗하게 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만 들어오고 나가실때 조금은 길이 거리도 있으니 숙소에서 수영하며 푹 쉬시고자 하시는 분들은 좋은 선택 같습니다. 가격대비 아주 만족스럽습니다.

I would like to to thank the host G***** for his hospitality and his flexibility he allowed us to check in way before because we run away from a scammy Airbnb in Phuket extremely recommend this Airbnb because Rawai is the best calm + luxurious area in south Phuket, you can rent a motorbike from the outside the compound, you will find a 7/11 also near it, basically everything you need is here + the private pool is something you will never regret using everyday after a long day trying thai food and fine dining at the top michelin restaurants in old town Phuket

The host was great. I checked in last minute due to complications at another Airbnb, and host was prompt in making sure the space was ready for us to check in as soon as possible. I unfortunately had to cut my stay short due to my friend being physically unable to step in and out of high bathtub. The host was very understanding to the situation and took no time to process a refund. If you’re looking for a great location, great view, and living quarters and a host with great communication I would definitely recommend staying here. You won’t regret it.

Darinee ist eine sehr tolle Frau, die unseren Aufenthalt sehr besonders gemacht hat. Wir haben uns seit der ersten Sekunde sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wurde jeden Tag das Zimmer gereinigt und uns in jedem Weg Unterstützung gegeben. Es war genau das, was wir uns vorgestellt haben, eine ruhiger Ort wo wir zur Ruhe kommen konnten. 5 min zum schönsten Strand, dank darinees Empfehlung. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

It was a picturesque place to stay in for several nights in Karon, the apartment is nice, as in pictures. It was all clean, with a nice terrace and good hosts Serdar and Svetlana. Not far from Karon beach, only 10 minutes by foot. And you can find all necessary shops and restaurants around while walking. The welcome was great. But please pay attention that the electricity payment is not included in the price, with extra charge. The place is all new, it has its own pool exit, and you have a nice pull around the apartments, with fitness center. The air conditioning was great so you can stay and chill at home after the wet hot weather outside. Also has a smart TV and WiFi inside the apartment. I recommend this place to stay in while in Karon!

Logement propre , la piscine privée est super , la vue sur la mer 🤩🤩, logement situé sur les hauteurs de Kamala , soyez véhiculé, nous avons été très bien accueilli, les hotes sont très gentils, très réactif aux messages , encore merci pour tout , je conseillerais avec plaisir le logement , et reviendrai sûrement lors de ma prochaine visite en Thaïlande .

Bro the best decision I ever made was to book this place worth every penny, Paul & his team are the best so kindly and super responsive, he even helped us out when our flight got delayed, house clean WiFi fast, TV got all the channels you need

We spent an amazing time at Baan Mai Khao. The apartment was terrific and ticked all the boxes. Kwan was very helpful about everything. Diego, the receptionist was great and gave us lots of tips as well. Even though you have mobility available through the shuttle bus, we would recommend renting a car at the airport to hace independence to visit further away places like Old Phuket, Patong, etc. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Reinol, Soledad y Jessica.

Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

Extremely happy for the place, location, restaurants, and the host. It is rare for a residence on a beachfront, it is very well located within Laguna area which has all the 5-star hotels around meaning you will never run out of restaurants from breakfast until dinner or if you wanna cook this place equipped with awesome kitchen appliances and ample space. The balcony with see through swimming pool blend in with the ocean is a great relaxing view from the living room. There is cleaner and pool maintenance every the other day which keep the room clean and tidy. Our overall experience has been great from the beginning until end of our trip. We already thinking to come back again already :)

Alles war perfekt. Besonders hat mir aber die Klimaanlage gefallen, die wirklich gut gekühlt hat und fast nicht zu hören war. Kommunikation war auch spitze. Vielen Dank für Alles.

My spouse and I have stayed in the apartment for a little over 1 month and really enjoyed the stay. The host was always responsive and tried to help with everything extremely effective and fast. Definitely recommend the place for a short or long-term stay.

Мне очень понравилась квартира, чистая, комфортная, укомплектована всем необходимым. Никаких проблем в процессе проживания не возникло. Хейли очень хорошая хозяйка, всегда на связи. Лёгкое заселение. Комплекс расположен удачно. До пляжа Ката пешком 8 минут, рынки, магазины, кафе – всё рядом. Через дорогу 7/11. Чистые бассейны. Буду рекомендовать эту квартиру друзьям. И сама обязательно вернусь.

Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschlossen, für eine Woche eine Bleibe zu suchen und hier sind wir fündig geworden, ein kleines Schmuckstück auf einem Hang gelegen, mit einem tollen Blick auf Kata Beach. Jean-Michel hat uns gleich einen Kontakt zu der Verwalterin Eve hergestellt, die uns vor Ort sehr freundlich empfangen hat. Beim öffnen der Wohnungstür raubt es einem den Atem, der Blick ist traumhaft, der Sonnenuntergang noch viel schöner. die Wohnung ist offen, hell und freundlich gestaltet. Die Schiebetüren zur Terrasse können komplett geöffnet werden. Man fühlt sich gleich heimisch. Die Aussicht vom Whirlpool am späten Nachmittag mit einem Glas Wein ist fantastisch und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool oberhalb des Fitnessstudio ist unglaublich schön angelegt, mit einem wundervollen Blick auf die Andamansee und den Sonnenuntergang . Wer kein Auto hat, fährt einfach Bolt, das klappt immer. Alles in Allem eine traumhafte Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder! Merci beaucoup, Jean-Michel
