The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured on arrival and consumed electricity is paid upon departure. Electricity currently costs 7.0 Baht/kw. Bed linen and towels are available to be rented for 220 Baht/week. Please let us know when booking if you want to order this, so it will be in place in the house upon arrival. The house is smoke and pet free.

Distance from the apartment to the beach is only 30 meters. At the the beach there are rows of trees that provide shade. There is always a little wind that makes it a good stay. It's located between Rayong and Ban Phe, about 180 km from Bangkok. Hat Mae Ramphung is one of the quietest seaside in Thailand.
