The cutest little house in St. James, Mo. is ready for guests now! This 1900’s home was completely brought to life in 2021/2022 and is like Brand New! Our goal when refurbishing this home was to create an atmosphere and feeling of home comfort. The kitchen offers a pot filler over the stove, a complete tea and coffee bar, and a fully stocked kitchen.We added some luxuries found in hotels, such as on-demand continuous hot water and water softener. Bedrooms/baths are separated for more privacy.

Brand new genial home, conveniently located

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish home that is newly constructed. Out of town but 1 mile from city center. Grill on the griddle on the porch, enjoy cooking inside or visit one of our great restaurants in St. James. The place can accommodate parking for multiple vehicles. Bring your camp wood to enjoy the evening around the fire pit or get some exercise in the detached gym. Or cuddle inside to view YouTube TV which is available on 4 TVs. Our goal is to make your time comfortable!

Bring the family to The Retreat with lots of room for fun. Located on a quiet country road, surrounded by woods and fields. I am sure you will find this spacious farm house built in 2019, to be the perfect retreat. We are about 10 miles south of rolla. Fugitive Beach is only a 20 minutes drive away.
