If I could give Emmy’s place 1000 stars, I would. I initially booked one week… and stayed 23 nights. That alone should tell you how special this space is. The unit is full of natural light, thoughtfully laid out, and just the right size for anyone traveling solo or looking to ground themselves. The views (beach, water, and even a glimpse of the mountains) are stunning. The building is part of a peaceful, beautifully maintained property with multiple condos and a beach club hotel just a 5-minute walk away. I loved the quiet, relaxed energy during the week, with easy access to food, Grab rides, and the convenience store nearby. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the people. The staff were kind, observant, and incredibly helpful. And Emmy… so thoughtful and responsive throughout. I only left because I had a pre-planned trip to Vietnam. If I’m ever back in this part of Thailand, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend for a beautiful, quiet reset.

amazing resort facilities, very top notch. the condo is a bit dated, but the price reflects that and you have access to amazing resort facilities. staff are all top notch. this is a chance to have your own roomy condo at one of the best resorts in hua hin.

This condo was a wonderful place to stay. It has a great view of the beach from the bedroom and and lounge/kitchen. The bed is large and very comfortable. It's very peaceful. You can walk to a few beach side restaurants. The condo has a cheap laundry service. You will need a motorbike or car to get groceries. The reception have cars and bikes for hire.

Spent a wonderful weekend in Hua Hin in this apartment. Stylish modern condo, direct access to a huge swimming pool right from the balcony felt very luxurious. The host warned us in advance of minor water damage to the floors even before accepting our booking request, which was very nice of them – the issue was indeed minor enough that it did not affect our experience at all. 10 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to the nearest 7-11 and a bunch of cosy great restaurants. Would gladly stay here next time for longer – if you're planning a weekend or a couple weeks in the area, look no further

Very comfortable room in great and quiet condominium, one of the best condo in Cha Am. Green, quiet, with good quality of building. You definitely need car or bike, because this condo far from Hua Hin (30 minutes on car) and not too far from great Cha Am beach (10-15 minutes on car) but it's ok and this place worth it. The Condominium very well treated, clean, very good pool. One minus - room need new bed, old is very shaky and not enough space if you need King Size bed. It's ok, but not as excellent as in many hotels in Thailand. The host is super, super responsible and friendly, very helpful and kind. We enjoyed communication with here. All our requests had almost immediate response from her. So overall very good experience. Highly recommended.

We stayed for one week at Jeenie’s place. It’s a nice apartment in a very quiet area. As it’s located on the second floor it doesn’t get too hot inside during the day. The beach is just two minutes away by foot and the next seven eleven is also walkable. 1,5 km away you have nice beach restaurants. We loved to go there. The only thing I was a little disappointed is you really have to read the description carefully because not all the amenities are shown are included like the gym or the bowling area. Just the pool. Good thing was Jennie was so kind to talk to the staff for letting me go to the gym four times. I’m really grateful for that. Thanks again

Outstanding location walking distance to Night Market, Market Village and even Bluport. Super clean apartment with all the amenities and a super responsive host. Fast internet, soft bed, great water pressure with access to the gym and swimming pool.

Good place and good service It would be better if the room have wifi because the mobile signal is low.

This wonderful apartment is located very well within Hua Hin. Very close to a daily night market the offers all kind of delicious food and goods. There are a great variety of restaurants reachable by food. Also the beach is close enough to easily be reachable by food. Another possibility to cool down is the nice and clean pool that can be used by residents. The apartment itself was very nice and exactly like depictured. The owner where very well reachable and quick in responding to any kind of question. All in all we had a wonderful time here and would come back to this apartment any time again.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Natapadhs apartment. The check in was very easy and we found the room to be very clean , well equipped and super cosy and kid friendly. We got a lovely view of the ocean with a large balcony and the building itself was quiet and peaceful. Natapadh was very responsive and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again. :)

Für mich war diese Wohnung ein Highlight. Bestens ausgestattet, selbst Waschpulver und frische Kaffeebohnen für den Kaffeautomaten, Osmosewasser, alle erdenklichen Geräte in der Küchenausstattung. TV mit Soundystem und Streamer, 2. TV im Schlafzimmer, gutes Wifi. Zusammengehörigkeit der Möbel, keine "Sammelmöbel". Hohe Sicherheit in der Wohnung, großer Balkon im 5.Stock mit schöner Aussicht über die Lagunenlandschaft zum Meer. Schneller Kontakt bei Fragen, netter Service durch das Hauspersonal, sauberes, gepflegtes und ruhiges Areal. Ich werde wiederkommen.

Well appointed and situated ,attentive host ,quality linen ,plenty of clean towels.Benefit of a washing machine and fresh bed linen and towels weekly.We are returning in January .

This is our second stay at Rassamee’s house. It’s in a quiet location away from town but close enough to get there whenever you want. Easy to get grab and bolt and close to shops and good restaurants. We will stay with Rassamee in the future.

The house was absolutely gorgeous as was the garden. The complex was safe and peaceful and beautifully landscaped and laid out. Although the house had its own pool we tended to use the main communal pool, it had a better shallow area for the toddler that was with us and it was bigger. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen and I was able to make proper meals. Tukta, the housekeeper was brilliant at helping us with anything we asked. Also the security guards were so friendly.

Rinyarat’s house was so nice for our month long getaway! It was pet friendly which was a huge plus for us because we have 2 small dogs. The yard was perfect for them, fully fenced in. There were bikes we could use to ride to the beach which was about a half mile away or to the clubhouse which had 2 pools and a gym. The house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place in Cha Am near the beach. It would be best to have your own car because it is a bit of a drive to get to restaurants. Grab & Food Panda both deliver to the house.

We like this place a lot. Very quiet area, nice clean air. House is VERY good, comfortable and beautiful. Villa is nicely decorated with blooming trees. Christina was super helpful with everything. Beach and Hua Hin city is not so far, so you can easily go there by taxi or motorbike. Also there are many temples, cafes and other interesting places nearby. Delivery works well and you can order various tasty food/coffee any time (even at night there were many options). We are traveling with our cat and this villa is pet-friendly. Our cat enjoyed walking in the yard and it was very safe because of a good fence. Highly recommend this place, our family had a great month here.

Дом расположен в некотором отдалении от моря, но есть велосипеды. В доме есть все необходимое для проживания. Nook очень отзывчивая и чуткая. Рекомендую для посещения.

Great 7 weeks holiday! 3 weeks with girlfriends and 4 weeks with partner. Excellent villa with everything you could need. Miss May extremely helpful aswell as host. Nothing is an issue. Air con everywhere if you want it, fans outside, tv and comfortable furniture! Great tv inside also . Pool is fantastic and kept clean. Grounds are lovely also. Villa is on a lovely complex that is super peaceful and very safe. There is also a community pool opposite villa. Loved the place ! Very easy to access taxis, and get deliveries of food , groceries etc. Don't hesitate to book this place , 4 Great bedrooms , 5 bathrooms, great kitchen , lounge and outside space . Must have best pool in area I think ! Great restaurants and bars also!
