Holiday rentals with a patio in Phetchaburi

If I could give Emmy’s place 1000 stars, I would. I initially booked one week… and stayed 23 nights. That alone should tell you how special this space is. The unit is full of natural light, thoughtfully laid out, and just the right size for anyone traveling solo or looking to ground themselves. The views (beach, water, and even a glimpse of the mountains) are stunning. The building is part of a peaceful, beautifully maintained property with multiple condos and a beach club hotel just a 5-minute walk away. I loved the quiet, relaxed energy during the week, with easy access to food, Grab rides, and the convenience store nearby. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the people. The staff were kind, observant, and incredibly helpful. And Emmy… so thoughtful and responsive throughout. I only left because I had a pre-planned trip to Vietnam. If I’m ever back in this part of Thailand, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend for a beautiful, quiet reset.

We stayed in this nice apartment as a couple - and we enjoyed everything. Nice interior, comfortable bed, good equipment, everything clean . Location has been great, too. Central city, beach, restaurants everywhere, 7/11 just 50 meters away. Check-in was easy and also early check-in would have been available. Very kind and fast communication with Tolge. Clear recommendation! 😊👍

The apartment is great for a family and right on the beach. lots of space and comfortable beds and pillows. The building is quiet and right beside the Dusit hotel which you can use the pool and facilities. We went over and paid for breakfast every morning. great Cafe across the road with a fresh bakery. May as a host was a responsive and accommodating host. We had a couple of small issues that she was quick to respond to and fix for us. We were very pleased with our interactions. Excellent host on Airbnb.

Spent a wonderful weekend in Hua Hin in this apartment. Stylish modern condo, direct access to a huge swimming pool right from the balcony felt very luxurious. The host warned us in advance of minor water damage to the floors even before accepting our booking request, which was very nice of them – the issue was indeed minor enough that it did not affect our experience at all. 10 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to the nearest 7-11 and a bunch of cosy great restaurants. Would gladly stay here next time for longer – if you're planning a weekend or a couple weeks in the area, look no further

Um es gleich vorweg zu sagen, wir lieben dieses Apartment und die tolle Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern Für uns der ideale Ort für einen tollen entspannten. Urlaub. Restaurants gibt es reichlich in fußläufiger Nähe Trotzdem empfehlen wir einen Fahrzeug -Motorroller zu mieten , damit kann man die weitere Umgebung erkunden und Einkäufe machen. 7/11 ist nicht weit Das Condo war kaum gebucht und wir waren praktisch immer allein am Pool. Die direkte Lage am Strand ist phantastisch, auch dort trotz Hochsaison kaum Menschen, nur ab und zu Spaziergänger. Freie Auswahl Pool oder 10 Meter weiter das Meer. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist liebevoll und gut durchdacht. Auch an Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht, wie Ersatzbatterien, Ersatz-Glühlampen etc . Eine Box mit Schokolade und Chips stand bei Ankunft auch bereit Das WLAN hatte technische Problem und war sehr langsam . Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut Hervorragend ist auch der tolle direkte Blick aus das Meer und den Strand, wenn man das Fenst

We had the most wonderful stay at Lars' place. Lots of space inside the house, very clean, AC and fans everywhere, two outdoor areas to hang out and have meals, and an amazingly well equipped kitchen. The condo itself was great, very well maintained with flowers everywhere, our kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the quiet and nice vibe. Walking distance to the beach and a grocery store, about 15 minute walk to a big supermarket,and a bunch of restaurants around. Lars was extremely reactive and helpful, he was kind enough to be flexible with check in and check out times, and shared some nice recommendations for restaurants. All in all a great stay, many thanks!

Лежаки рядом с бассейнами и рядом с пляжем. Очень мало народу и это оказался потрясающий отдых для всей семьи. Апартаменты просто потрясающие! Вид на море! В апартаментах есть абсолютно все для жизни! Абсолютно все! Очень большие кровати, чистые ванна и туалет. Две ванные комнаты для каждой комнаты свой — это очень удобно. В общем, это потрясающее место для отдыха в Хуа Хине. Намного лучше, чем жить близко к общественному городскому пляжу. Пляж рядом с апартаментами был большой, чистый, очень приятно гулять во время отлива! И удобно купаться! Пляж очень чистый! Рядом по береговой линии несколько очень хороших кафе! На территории так же есть детская площадка. Хозяин любезно предоставил доп кровать для малыша. В общем, для отдыха всей семьей ИДЕАЛЬНОЕ МЕСТО!

One of the best stays we have ever had at an Airbnb. The house is very large with high ceilings, amazing air conditioning in every room and two in the main living area. The pool is incredible with a super fun slide that the kids loved. There is parking with a sliding gate and large tvs in each room with Netflix etc There is no oven but a mini hob and a microwave and you can always use the grab app for food. A Seven Eleven is close by. Lastly the neighbouring people are lovely and helped us out when the battery on our car died. Belt the owner was so helpful and kind with regular cleaning of the house, she even helped with deliveries to the property. The house is about 30 mins from Hua Hin and Cha am is closer but not as vibrant. We loved staying here and again Belt the owner is great!

Hidden oasis of paradise, we enjoyed our stay immensely. We stayed comfortably as a family of 5 and 3 extra extended family. The pool is right at the front door for timeless enjoyment. Close enough to shops and far enough not to hear crazy cars and partying. Most definitely would come back to this place with Mr Pathanin as our incredible, welcoming host.

The villa is according to the photos. The place is quiet. The host is really kind and always ready to help us whatever the problem is. Overall, it was incredible vacation.

Great location - walking distance to many places but without the hustle and bustle, responsive host - communication was smooth, beautiful place - nice house, wonderful pool and private beach. We had a good time. Also, thank you for the little things you have done for us 👍

Staying at Onuma’s bungalow was a wonderful experience! She and her sister welcomed me with such warmth and kindness, making me feel right at home the minute I arrived at the residence. The bungalow was spotless, cozy, and just a short bike ride from the peaceful beach. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast, and having a motorbike rental made exploring the area so easy. Their hospitality went above and beyond, making my trip truly special. I’m so grateful for their kindness and can’t recommend this place enough for future visitors. Thank you, Onuma and your sister—I hope to return someday! It was truly an unforgettable experience.

Our host, Khun Onanong is really friendly, helpful and well-communicated. The place is nice and clean. There are a lot of facilities e.g. 2 swimming pools, 2 karaoke rooms, bicycles. This is the best place to spend quality time with your family :)

Beatiful little apartment, in a big apartment complex, however the complex is mostly empty, so the experience is very private and calm. For the most of our stay we were alone in the whole building. the pool is a bit shallow for adults, however perfect for kids. the beach is very clean and right there near the apartment. highly recommend

Nice, clean and airy apartment on 15th floor, with amazing views to the sea and surroundings. Although bedrooms are on a smaller side (as well as the beds), living room is spacious and bright. Very good space for both relaxation and work, most part of the time it is very quiet around. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, kitchen is well stocked including convenient air cooker. You would need a car or a motorbike here, there is not much around in walking distance. Blu Diamond complex itself is also well maintained and secure, good gym and nice swimming pool, both are usually not busy. About 10 minutes walk to the beach. Cory is a great host, friendly and ready to help and solve guests requests.

Great location in Central Hua Hin. the Condo is at the very end of the building which I found to be very quiet. I never heard any noise. just a short stroll to the Night Market and many restaurants and bars are close by. washing machines are on the ground floor but I found it easier to drop my load at the office and they'll wash and iron everything at a great price. The WiFi is up to speed and the smart tv is an added luxury. There is also a lady just a 5 minutes away who helped me with extra keys and towels. I am very happy with my stay here, thank you

Jeg boede 6 dage i lejligheden og var yderst tilfreds. Selvom stort set alt lå i fornuftig gåafstand, valgte jeg at leje en motorbike i bygningens service/laundry shop, jeg fik en helt ny maskine til en fin pris. Både dag- og nattevagten var utrolig venlige og hilsted altid med et smil og honør når man kom ind og ud igennem porten. lækkert og rent poolområde hvor servicepersonalet hele tiden holde øje med at alt var som det skulle være Der blev gjort ren flere gange om dagen, og selv min private terrasse blev vasket hver dag. Stedet for min aller største anbefaling.

Tal was one of the best people we have dealt with on Air BNB. Tal was extremely friendly and helpful, proactively making contact and then answering all questions. Tal even arranged transport for us. Tal’s place was in a perfect location walking distance to many shopping centres and markets. It was exactly as described and had many additional personalised touches. I would highly recommend Tal and Tal’s unit!

The accommodation is worth the price. Located close to the beach, we can easily walk down to the beach. Fully facilities such as sauna, pool, gym etc. The host is very nice person she is flexible to check in and check out time. The staffs are helpful and good service. Overall is very worth to paid for stay at here.

Nous sommes restés chez Visanu 2 mois et 2 semaines. C'est un condominium que nous connaissons bien, et que nous apprécions beaucoup. Ce que nous aimons ici c'est la piscine, le parc et la proximité de la mer. Cette année c'est la première fois que nous avons loué l'appartement chez Visanu et nous en sommes très satisfaits. C'est un hôte très sympathique, facile à joindre, le peu de problèmes que l'on a rencontrés ont été réglés par Visanu en très peu de temps. Il est facile à joindre et répond généralement très vite. L'appartement est très agréable, n'a pas de vis à vis, propre, avec tout ce qu'il vous faut pour un long séjour. Nous pensons revenir à Cha-Am l'hiver prochain et retournerons chez Visanu avec plaisir. Merci pour tout !
