We had the most amazing weekend at Alice’s. She was a beautiful and gracious host. She made us banana nut bread! The rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the lake. I would recommend staying here and plan to be back!!

The view of the lake was amazing. She was very quick to respond if there was anything needed. I loved the recommendations that she sent over. We overall had a wonderful experience!

Would love to return to this site. It is bright and clean. We did not cook but the kitchen was ready for us if we wanted to. Nice stay.

What a great little studio for a Birthday get away trip to Bethel Woods concerts, etc. Relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake for coffee in the morning or a nightcap after your days activities. 2 restaurants within a 100 yards, the Tap n Table was excellent with really Friendly staff. Must have breakfast at least once at Bethel Market Cafe, the Best! All this less than 15 minutes in any direction. I would like to come back in the Summer to take advantage of the Lake activities. Wonderful stay!

The location was absolutely stunning! The river in the backyard created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the space was clean. At one point, it rained, and I enjoyed sitting on the patio.

Such a fantastic stay right in the heart of Kingston! This apartment was exactly as described and incredibly clean. Easy to get to everything in and around Kingston. Tara was a responsive host with clear instructions on how to check in/check out.

Thank you to Heidi for hosting my family in her beautiful Airbnb. They went to New York to visit a sick relative and she made their stay a welcomed retreat from the hospital. First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. My boyfriend and I were looking for a relaxing weekend escape from NYC and couldn’t have picked a better spot. We came to explore Kingston but loved the house so much that we were just as happy staying in, playing games, and soaking in the cozy vibes. The home is beautiful and thoughtfully appointed — I can only imagine how magical it must be in the summer with the porch, or in the fall with the foliage. Even in late winter, it was idyllic. The location is perfect — just about 10 minutes from Kingston, so it’s super easy to pop into town while still feeling tucked away. We’d absolutely stay here again!

I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!

Beautiful layout and views: The living room extends to an expansive harbor view as we opened the door. When we turn around the lofty A frame transitions into the bedroom connected by a wooden spiral stair. Interior appliances are good and functional. Plenty of Pillows and blankets to get cozy. The Weber Grill is great to use. We used public transport and Uber and it was pretty easy to get around - 15 mins to nearby scenes and restaurants.

Truly one of a kind property. Relaxing, calm, extremely responsive and helpful host. If you are looking to get out of the city or just need some time away to think, look no further. 10/10.

This is by far the best AirBnb I have ever stayed at! Elizabeth is a fabulous host and was unbelievably attentive and accommodating. The house is beautiful on a large plot of land with plenty of nature and breathtaking sites. The house was warm, inviting, and decorated beautifully. If you need a get away from the city, this is your place. I 100% will be coming by again.

we had a lovely time at Seth’s cottage by the river. Everything was very well appointed and comfortable. I think the beds were the best I’ve had an Airbnb. There was easy access to new Paltz and kingston. I have no hesitation in recommending Seth’s place.

Our favorite place to stay in the Catskills. Very private and peaceful.

Great little ski condo right by the slopes

Perfect place for skiers. Cozy and very clean. Very close to the Hunter mountain. Karoline helped me with places to eat and was very attentive. 100% satisfaction. I will definitely be back!

Great stay! Joe was very responsive and it was a very easy check in and check out process. The space is just as described in photos and was the perfect room for a wedding at the hotel. Would stay again!

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

Gerry & Arlene were great hosts! They helped us find a location that fit our needs (walkable to the ski slopes). (We thought we originally booked a place right at Mountain Creek, but it ended up being across the street - so definitely a bit of a walk, but still not too bad.) We were celebrating our son's 13th birthday and the condo was perfect. The location allowed us to snowboard all day, come back to have pizza and birthday cake, then go right back on the slopes until closing. (We also left two pairs of our snowboard boots there...and they were extremely helpful in getting these back to us!)

Little getaway was wonderful. There was warmth as soon as we walked in, and that comfort lasted throughout our whole stay at the house. Diana was accommodating and available with any situations we had. We will definitely be coming back.

A beautiful home. Felt comfortable and relaxing. Very well equipped. A nice small outdoor seating area to watch the creek and see wildlife.

5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars!! I would just like to say I’ve stayed in many Air B&Bs before, and this one is by far one of my favorites. The hosts are absolutely amazing. They are proactive in responding and really want you be be comfortable and making sure you have no issues. The price was 100% worth it. I love that they included board games as a part of the space, such a nice touch. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also so clean, and we enjoyed our stay. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of love and care into this place. I can’t say enough good things about them!
