Rosario and Pat’s place was superb! My mother and I were visiting for her birthday and the two rooms were a perfect fit for us. This is truly a FANTASTIC location. We were able to walk to so many spots - including the breakfast joint across the street! Would absolutely recommend and would return!

Good location, room was clean and spacious, great value for the money. Would be great for families with kids since there is a bedroom, living room, kitchenette and large bathroom.

My family and I had a great time at Luk’s place. So much space felt like home. Kids had a blast at the pool and going down the slides! We will definitely be coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay! You can’t beat the location, we were able to easily walk or drive to shops and restaurants. Amazing place with a great view of the pool and sunset from the balcony. The place was very nice and incredibly clean and comfortable what an amazing find. We would absolutely stay here again.

This condo was perfect! I was there for a conference which was within walking distance. It was quiet and clean! there is a nice pool and a small eatery if you need to grab a bite. The sandwiches were great! would definitely stay again if my conference returns next year.

Loved everything, we have been at The Legacy before and knew what to expect. Nothing has changed, it was as great as always.

The Orange Tree Resort seems to be conveniently located, 15 minutes or less, from just about everything in Scottsdale. Hiking trails, dozens of restaurants, and grocery stores were all nearby and yet the accommodations were very peaceful and quiet. The unit was spacious and clean and the outdoor areas were well-maintained. We hope to visit again next year.

Everything felt seamless and easy as soon as we arrived. The front desk was always ready to answer any questions and help when we needed it. The breakfast was great. Thanks for the stay.

For the price of the place I was surprised on the size of the room and the amenities provided. Virginia was an awesome host and greeted me at check in. The area was great and had everything you needed within the neighborhood. I would stay here again.

Kristina is an amazing host! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! The house was clean, friendly, and a wonderful getaway. Very quiet and peaceful location with a mix of fun and relaxing activities right on the property! Loved the added bonus of seeing the hot air balloon’s in the morning sky.

The whole experience like we were staying in the hotel, only booked through Airbnb. Checked in through the front desk, held our luggage after checkout, etc. Clean room, nice pool, great location!

Great stay! Very clean room and pet friendly. $35 pet fee. Free breakfast was great. Bed comfortable and we were able to check in an hour early. Only thing is the AC doesn’t feel strong enough. It may be the hot temp in this location but the room felt a tad too warm.

I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. If you like peace and quit this is the place for you!

The place was perfect for our stay. We loved the pool and hot tub. Plenty of parking for our large vehicle. They were even able to accommodate an early check in for us.

Nathan’s place was cool and funky. It had a great music theme, outdoor bar, great lighting and a wonderful, shallow pool with comfy lounge chairs. Best of all, the bed was incredibly comfortable with crisp linens and multiple pillows. Despite being near the stairs, the room was quiet. The only sound was the sweet sound of the air conditioner. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Phoenix.

Anna’s historic home in the heart of downtown Phoenix is great. Definitely recommend. It’s right in all the action so saying it’s walkable to bars and restaurants is an understatement. Also the room she has set aside is very private. It has its own stairs to the bedroom so while technically not it’s own private entry, it feels very much separated from the rest of the house. The room is very comfortable with plenty of space and all the amenities you could ask for including it’s own bathroom with shower. If that isn’t enough, Anna is very hospitable, she has made it very easy for you to come and go at any time without issue and is also open to chatting about the area if you’re so inclined. Again, if you’re looking to be downtown, this is a great option.

Everything was great! Only thing is they charge 100.00 for incidental which wasn’t mentioned in Airbnb but the check person told me at check in plus it’s 10.00 to park

Loved our stay… the space was perfect for our family of 4. The villa pools are beautiful and it’s a 10 minute walk to the main resort pools. Appreciate the host and help getting upgraded to a bigger villa.

Important to understand the reason I’m giving this a five star review is because I was able to score an amazing rate through Airbnb/Elena on this Marriott property. Checked in at 2am but no issue as the hotel has front desk staff. The room is dated but they have done a few things to refreshen the space. The room we got assigned had a balcony and facing the pool. When I was there, the property was busy so finding parking was tough, but it’s available throughout the complex. You just might need to walk farther than usual. Awesome pools and amenities. Plus you have access to the JW Desert Ridge Waterpark… FOR FREE! Unfortunately when I was there it was cold & couldn’t enjoy any of the pools. Beautiful area. Lots of great trails to walk onsite. The Canyon Villas has a lot of activities happening and sends a daily itinerary text. If you golf, the property sits on a golf course. Or hit some balls at the driving range located at the JW Marriott, roughly a 5-7 minute walk.

Very easy to find and check-in process also easy to navigate. Very comfortable rooms and quiet neighbors. I'd stay again.
