Holiday rentals with a pool in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya

The pool is large and the neighborhood is very quiet.This is a quiet area, a few friends come to play together, the house is very well renovated and very comfortable to stay, the host is also very good, 24 hours to reply to the message.

Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Place is just like the pictures. It’s very private and peaceful community. Great for anyone, especially families. Had a great stay. Enjoyed the amenities. Thank you for having me, hope to stay here again.

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

Feels like home everytime we are here. Oad & Nan are always responsive, friendly and thoughtful. We love the house as always! Thank you for the sweet gift we really appreciate it, thank you for sharing your lovely home!

We are very happy to stay there...quiet...very clean and comfort. .But it is a bit far from the city..difficult to use public transport.

I had an amazing experience staying at this place. It is clean, spacious, well-maintained, and private. It is perfect for staying with friends or family to enjoy the large space with ample parking available for cars. The host, K. Harriet was very helpful and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. I highly recommend this place to everyone, it’s definitely worth the price :)

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The unit was very well kept, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is super convenient: just a 5-minute walk to the Pink Line Chaeng Wattana-Pak Kret 28 station, which made getting around the city really easy. There’s a 7-Eleven right next door for any quick snacks or essentials, and Central Chaengwattana shopping mall is only about an 8-minute walk away. The mall has plenty of food options, so I never had to worry about where to eat. Overall, a great place to stay—comfortable, clean, and in a fantastic location. Highly recommended!

The condo is exactly as advertised and the welcome, flexibility and compassion shown by the best host ever (Nink) is deserving of 6 stars! Although we only stayed here for one night, the unit itself is fabulous, spacious, and in a great location with everything nearby. What really sets this condo apart though is Nink. She really went above and beyond on this trip. Bangkok is reeling from a once-in-a-lifetime situation with the effects of the earthquake in Myanmar being heavily felt here in the city. Nink was very proactive and gracious in dealing with my family's concerns. I have stayed in dozens of Airbnb properties around the world, and I can say without qualification that Nink is the best host we have ever had.

Words can’t describe how satisfied and happy I was with staying at Fons’s place!!! From when I arrived to my checkout, Fon was so helpful, she helped me with my bags, she even took me to the store and help me with errands, took me to get food etc. Very sweet and kind lady. This was honestly one of the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend you book this apartment. You will not regret it!! My only con was the mosquitoes and but that’s just something natural here in Thailand.

I'm very glad we stayed at Viboon’s place. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed (towels, bed linen, even things like cotton swabs). There's a washing machine on the balcony. Despite the large number of apartments on the floor, it was completely quiet — we didn't hear any noise at all. There’s access to a gym and swimming pool, which was also a nice bonus. The residential complex itself deserves a special mention. The grounds are very well maintained, and there’s a small pond with frogs. I was especially pleased to see many containers for separate waste collection. There’s a 7/11 very close by, and right across the street are Big C and the MRT Bang Krasor station. We were warmly welcomed and seen off — thank you again, Viboon and Suzy! We’ll definitely be back :)

Pros: Very homey, lovely, quiet neighbourhood, BTS is a stone throw away. House owner prepared food and drinks for the stay! The staff at the ground floor is very helpful and welcoming. Would defo recommend for others to stay! Downside: the building is kinda old with only one toilet and one shower (only a problem if you’re staying with a group of friends), not so clean (roaches found due to recent pipes cleaning & some food leftover at the couch fold). House owner immediately responds to the feedback and offer helps

This room is perfect for longer stays in a quite and convenient area (with a 7-11 on ground floor). I coudnt have imagine a better host then Benny. No matter what, he was helping and doing everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Never let me down and providing me with helpful information about the area and bangkok. Didnt regret a single day and willing to come back.
