Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

(No elevator) At night the streets come alive with vendors selling local crafts. There is no shortage of food & coffee shops in the area! The perfect base for an unforgettable adventure in Chiang Mai. Not recommended for light sleepers as the market comes alive at night.
