Everything was great, no complaints!

Φανταστικό! The apartment had everything we needed and more. We loved sitting on the balcony, viewing the sea and drinking nescafe. The location was perfect for easily walking anyplace in Itea. And one of the nicest areas of Itea. The best base for easy traveling to many attractions. I think, however, it would be helpful to know in advance that there are two flights of stairs to climb to get to the second floor. I realize the future plan is to install an elevator, but I think this is extremely important infomation. The only things I didn't find in the apartment were some ajax and windex for cleaning the bathroom/kitchen. (We were there for 10 days.

This is a beautiful apartment located in the outskirts of Patras. This makes it slightly inconvenient to reach the center, but we didn't mind as we mainly used the place to stay for the night. The apartment is stylishly decorated with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The terrace is nice too, but the weather wasn't too great. In all, great value for money, especially for those who want to stay in. If you want to explore Patras, you better strap your laces. In our case, we took the car down the boulevard through the port and parked near the large church.

Nikos is a super host - we stayed a few nights at this apartment and it was a perfect base to explore Delphi and the mountains.

The view was spectacular! We wish we could have stayed longer. The home is appointed with all the comforts necessary and feels cozy. We definitely recommend it!

My stay was everything I needed and wanted to full fill my stay in Patras. I highly recommend this condo. Location was perfect. Within walking distance and far enough from square that I felt safe and private in my stay. Lena is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful in any questions and numbers to help navigate where I want to go while my stay in Patras.

Overall very happy with the stay. The communication was great. The only problem was with the wifi, even when it worked, the connection was rather weak, but Katerina still did her best. The surrounding area has a lot to offer as well

Michalis' house is EXCELLENT! Sparkling clean, spacious, and with everything you can imagine inside. From soft drinks and sweets that were waiting for us in the fridge to knitwear and painkillers, this house had EVERYTHING! We were not as satisfied in the most luxurious Airbnb in Europe as in this house in Chalkida that clearly shows love, passion, attention to detail and respect for the guest! 2 rooms 2 bathrooms wonderful living room balcony and kitchen pet friendly with the owner friendly and discreet! Well done! 5 stars is not enough!

Wonderful welcoming hosts and homey peaceful place in the centre of town- unfortunately the lift was not working so stairs to third floor…free gym! I lived the atmosphere once inside, private, peaceful, surrounded by trees and the sea breeze but just a step from the centre but out of the hassle with warm friendly bars and cafes and some great shops (bio food) on the doorstep and mini market at the door - Tatiana and Alexandros could not have been more welcoming and caring

Place and bathroom are smaller than what appear on the pictures but it is a nice place to rent for a few days, located in the middle of the city centre. Huge balcony with views over the George's sq and Nafpaktos. Fair value for what you get. Mike was kind, responsive and flexible with the check in/out. Well recommended.

What a wonderful stay! The house was great… everything is new and well-done. The location is perfect… just a couple km from Skopelos Town. It has everything you need for a fantastic vacation!

From the first moment we arrived, we understood that this is a unique space. The house is extraordinarily well cared for, with great aesthetics and minimal, yet cozy decor that immediately makes you feel comfortable. It is fully equipped with everything one might need – from a kitchen to small details that make the stay even more enjoyable. Our room had an amazing view that left us speechless – waking up was an experience in itself. The infinity pool is truly spectacular; an oasis with a dreamy sea view, perfect for relaxing every hour of the day! The entire home is surrounded by nature, absolutely serene and ideal for meaningful rest, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We felt like we were in a little paradise. Finally, the service and communication with the hosts was exemplary – the best we have ever experienced. Courtesy, professionalism, discretion, and prompt response to anything we needed!

Just amazing place if you want to disconnect and really relax. Apartament had everything we needed for our stay and host was amazingly friendly. Highly recommended for family holidays. We will want to come back :)

I'm in love with this place! I was lucky to find it! I would gladly do it again. The timing is perfect if you want to relax, it's very peaceful. In summer, it will be perfect to enjoy the sea and also the pool. I recommend it to everyone (:

We had 6 lovely nights at this beautiful, peaceful and charming apartment just outside Eretria. It is comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and lots of hot water but the crowning glory is the beautiful outside area with bbq and the most beautiful pool! Maria and her husband are lovely and the sweetest hosts and we loved the orange cake and pumpkin cake kindly delivered to our door. We enjoyed the archeological site and museum and the local restaurant La Cubana! Thank you.,,

We had an amazing experience,the place was just perfect, peaceful, incredible views, friendly locals, the local and near by beaches (15min drive) incredible , we did a night swim with the kids,the town is very safe and peaceful. the facilities we just perfect for us and the hostess !! wow, She was very friendly, attentive and accommodating ! The amenities were just fine for us. Felt right at home , really nice views and sunsets, peaceful. 1 small supermarket with really friendly staff. One large uphill, but 1st gear and we managed 4 people , 1 ltr car . Must hire a car to get there and get about . perfect place to unwind and avoid large tourist places. We had a great time and we managed to oversee any other comments And make the most out of it. thank you !!!

Wonderful, fully equipped place for family if 4. Located very close to everything: beach, shops, bar, restaurants, but at the same time very quite and isolated from the noise. Parking downstairs super comfortable, as little village during the weekend days can be filled with cars. Host very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!
